The place was great. My only issues were that it was extremely warm and they would not give the code for the AC to turn it down. Now I realize this isn’t an issue for most people and I run hot because of medical issues BUT I think it’s something people should know. The other issue is that the neighbor’s outside flood light flashed the entire time day and night so I kept the master bedrooms blinds closed the whole time. Otherwise the place was GREAT! Great location central to everything in Denver and it’s a cool place!

We, a family of seven adults, stayed over a long weekend to attend a wedding. The unit was very spacious and the location was very convenient. Several other relatives stayed in the same building. It was a great place to gather before and after events.

Perfect spot and a great neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Beautiful patio views, roomy home with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and towels for our 6 adults.
Kitchen had plenty of dishes, but the only cookware were small pots and pans…okay for basic small meal prep. Gas grill was great and sizable.
Main level balcony (one story above ground) had wobbly railings that would not be safe for leaning on nor for children.
We had significant rains the final two nights and the window casings in primary bedroom leaked, soaking the wall and floors on that side of the room.
We did notify property manager and they responded that they would send someone out to assess.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The bathroom sink stopper did not work, but that was very minor. It was a very pleasant day.

My family and I had a great experience staying at The Vista Motel. It was easy to get around Colorado from this location.

Place was great. It's a little outside of Downtown, but it's a quick 10min scooter ride.
Comms were easy. Checkin was simple. Building access simple. The place was clean, and they had equipment for cooking.
One downside was that the balcony sliding glass door did not have a curtain, so if you fall asleep on the couch like me, you will be blasted with sunlight first thing in teh morning (mentionable but not enough to deduct points)
Internet was fast (I worked from there) and there is a brewery across teh street.
Safeway is also about a 8 mins scooter ride away. I'm going back soon and this is now my primary place to stay, hands down.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space had a really cool vibe, was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent—within walking distance of plenty of great food and drink options, which made it easy to explore the neighborhood. We were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Denver.

Well laid out apartment, in a nice neighbourhood with lots of independent restaurants/wine bars. Kitchen was particularly well equipped, even with spices and oil for cooking! Would definitely stay again. Washing machine was fantastic

This was a terrific place! Prior to arriving at this stay in June I was concerned the unit might not have good air conditioning or not be quiet, and I was very please to find out it was neither. Both the AC and the soundproofing of the unit were excellent. Here are the other things to know: The beds & bathrooms for us were very comfortable, the living room is fantastic -- luxurious, spacious and well equipped, and the downtown location is awesome. There are lots of very good restaurants very close by. Other thing I didn't see mentioned in other reviews is it is right next to the Yampa river, which is so nice because the walking trail is easily accessible and restaurants there have an scenic river view. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

Great location in Denver! 20 min from Golden & 30 from boulder. Most days I was traveling max 2hrs for fun, scenic hikes!! 1.5 hrs to RMNP.
Would definitely recommend this AB&B if you’re looking for a comfy/cozy place to come back to after a day of hiking, or if you’re a city vibe person this is perfect location!

I would stay here anytime. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful! The private hot tub was a great touch! Super clean cute little cabin too with a comfy bed.

The stay was amazing! There are few other words to really say…it was simply awesome. You stay 30 feet from a small stream offering peace and tranquility. We started each day with a book and cup of coffee - sometimes in the chairs, sometimes in a very comfortable hammock. The beds and pillows are very comfortable also offering a great start to the day. Keith and Bailee run a nice place with all the extras - three grills for use, nice lighting all around, a gas fire pit in the evenings (great for smores), 2 three-person saunas next to a quick, vigorously chilly stream dip, washing machines, games, portable frisbee golf and so much more. The maintenance man, Charlie, is super helpful and responsive. Oh did I mention your personal 6-person jacuzzi next to your cabin? The hikes in the area are plentiful and can meet light and heavy-endurance experience levels. Stay here!
