Great views out of the balcony. Big kitchen space. The bunk beds are in a hallway, but fairly private from the living room

Such a cool little place to stay! We loved it. The drive up was beautiful and the vibe of the location was exactly what we were looking for.

Overall a great place to stay and accurately described. Certain features of the older-build building were noticeable like the window unit A/C, but all as shown in the pictures.

Fabulous home, even better than the pictures. It was such a treat being able to walk to so many spots in Denver including Coors Field.

We loved staying here for a holiday weekend trip! Location is very convenient to restaurants and outdoor activities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and will definitely stay again.

This was simply AMAZING! One of the best experiences. So charming, cozy and peaceful right by the river. Loved having a private hot tub and all the extra “community” amenities like the saunas, grills and fire pit! Would 12/10 recommend!!

The condo was great. The complex was very quiet. There was a heat wave during our trip, so the AC was a huge plus. Multiple units share the main entry, and the unit door is up half a floor. The neighbors are very close but seemed friendly. The bedrooms are on two different levels, with a narrow staircase leading to the primary suite. The carpet and rug in that room were a bit run down. The video instructions for parking were very helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.

We had four adults on the trip and this house was perfect and exactly as presented. Check-in was very easy. The location is spectacular if you want to explore Lohi - walkable to tons of great restaurants and bars. Having a dedicated parking spot was very helpful. The house was clean with good amenities.

We liked it a lot. Quiet and comfortable. Well appointed. Fun things to do. Loved the creek.

Gerat location and apartment very cute, just as the listing pictures. Even had a few good books available for reading. (Ended up ordering a few of them myself on amazon).
Only thing to notice is the street parking can be busy at times but usually I was able to find something available close by. Overall, very positive experience and would stay again.
