Perfect for the 4 night stay with my fiance! The views were immaculate, everything was as described and desired. Next to a scenic route and plenty of hiking trails. Would definitely return.

The only thing that was a dislike and was not really that big of a deal was the parking. It would be nice if you were able to park in the basement of the building.

This was a beautiful home with lots of room for our family to spread out. It was comfortable and the scenery was stunning. We spotted bear, deer, chipmunks, humming birds and a fox all from the porch! I would highly recommend this home.

Like the location, the view of the mountains and some city too! Very spacious unit, with 1 and a half bath! Nice balcony. Lots to do and walkable to restaurants. Must try Little Man ice cream!

Wonderful stay and location
The stairs do not play. There are a lot of them!! The location is great if you have a car, super close to downtown without being downtown and easy access to different parts of Denver. The layout of the space is a little funky, the first floor is the entry way with bathroom then laundry, then you go up 14 stairs to the living room/kitchen, then you go up another 14 stairs to the two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. (not ideal for two couples). There is a beautiful rooftop patio which is another 14 stairs up but totally worth the climb. Some things were broken (bed, kitchen faucet, cubbords) which was not disclosed when we checked in. Overall, okay place, biggest upside was the location with the park and walking trail.
La Vista Motel is a retro stay, clean and convenience of the coffee shop/bar attached! Great stay. Comfy. Pet friendly :)
We really enjoyed staying at this place. We love the neighborhood. It was very comfortable. The balcony is the best. We have views of the entire city. I would highly recommend this place. Also the host was extremely responsive and helpful.
