We loved this stay. Clean, modern, convenient to lots of hiking, and the hot tub was very relaxing!

We absolutely loved our time. House was gorgeous, communication was easy and clear.

The unit was perfect for the four us…all adults, however if going up and down stairs is difficult, this may not work for you. I think my husband counted almost 50 stairs connecting to the main living area, then up to the bedrooms, then up to the rooftop. It’s also in a neighborhood in transition, not quite as quaint as we had expected but all in all, we enjoyed our week stay.

You can tell it’s an older house. However the views are spectacular and we saw wildlife everyday. We really enjoyed our stay.

Such a Beautiful, clean, modern home with very short easy walk to town and river. Perfect location for our first trip to Golden! Highly recommend!

Everything was just as it was described.

Really cute motel remodel. Don’t let it being a motel scare you away. The remodel is sooooo well done. Cute coffee shop/bar onsite which is very lively on weekends. Will stay here again.

If I could give a 4.5 I would have but it wasn’t perfect. I think it was more about the expectations to be honest. The house is old and beautiful with touches you just don’t see anymore. The owners have upgraded the bathrooms and kitchen and there are many outlets. I think what surprised me was the layout. The top floor had a workout room and an attic bedroom (with AC). The second floor had 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath (I expected 2 bathrooms for some reason) and the basement had another bedroom with a full bath. There was a half bath on the main floor. For 8 people, we had to coordinate showers. Also the kitchen is more like the size of an apartment so small in comparison to the house. But, for the location and being able to get all of us in one place, it was great. The AC worked well and there were fans. In the morning we could turn off the AC and open windows. The neighborhood is super cute and there’s parking behind the house. There was also a lovely outdoor area.

It is a really nice and cosy place. Totally recommend it if you need a place to stay in Denver.

A wonderful place to spend the night while visiting friends in the area.

I live across the street and used the Curtis Park Club as overnight accommodations for visitors. After we got through the initial issues with check-in (the codes didn’t work), my friends enjoyed their stay. They didn’t access the common spaces because of the code issues, but that wasn’t a problem since they could walk across the street to my condo. I would be willing to send guests here again.

Great location, well managed

A really cute place for a weekend get away. After some initial problems with cabin door access due to the lock going offlinedue to to the remote location. One phone call got is in smoothly.

We had 9 relatives in the house and it accommodated us beautifully. Effortless Stay was very responsive and provided helpful information promptly. The location was handy for us because we were only 20 min from the airport, Stanley Marketplace was 5 minutes away, and it was handy to get to City Park, where our daughter’s wedding was being held.

This was a clean, tidy, and cute place to stay during our time in Denver! Close to downtown and a short drive to almost anywhere you want to go. Would definitely recommend staying here!
