we really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful. The river is a stunning blue color. Hot tub is nice and warm, would absolutely stay here again.

Clean place in good location. Very spare, so bring everything you need, the coffee shop doesn't open until 8am and there is no in-room coffee. That said, incredibly responsive, great check in and out process, and the bar is really great. Would stay again - just wish the coffee shop opened earlier!

Great place to stay while in golden! Super walkable to the downtown restaurants and area attractions but on a quieter street. We truly appreciated the clear instructions and ease of use of the place. Clean, simple, comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Honestly one of my favorites in Denver so far! Verry well located. The apartment is spacious and really nice. The beds are comfortable and the whole apartment is super clean. The building is great!

Effortless Stay is a spot on name. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. The accommodations were perfect for 3 couples and the location was great. Supermarket within walking distance and a short drive to charming downtown Golden. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean and easy to access. Good location across from Zuni Street Brewing, very walkable to LoHi spots. Walkable to Union Station in about 15 minutes. Layout of the apartment works well and will sleep 5 comfortably if someone is willing to take the top bunk or sleep on the couch in the common area. Odd choice of literature though, not sure the Candace Owens books are sending the right message to your guests...

It was a great stay, and the host was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Great facility and location.

Nice house. We enjoyed our stay. The dishwasher was basically broken which may have been the worst part. Close proximity to the road and that has some noise, so if that’s a deal breaker then maybe don’t do it. The river was a nice noise that almost made up for it though. Overall, a good spot and one I’d recommend.

Bigger than expected. Clean and conveniently located!

Super clean and comfortable and a great location. However, there is almost an excessive amount of paperwork needed to get access when check-in approaches. Seemed like that was a tough communication point. Host is responsive and helpful though! Walkable to all the fun parts of LoDo. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location and apartment!!

We enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed, was clean, the grounds were pretty, we felt safe behind the secure facility and appreciated the common space.

Really enjoyed this nicely "Chicago Manual of Style" inspired guesthouse. It's in the neighborhood I like, easily walkable to all the bars, restaurants and murals... and also Coors Field (I came to see the Cubs play the Rockies).

I would only caution guests on 1 thing: if you have luggage on wheels, it can be a challenge. As with all the homes in this area... the sidewalk is elevated with uneven concrete. Then you have to get up the steps at the front gate... then you have to navigate the uneven pavers to your front door. I had two heavy pieces of luggage (coming from another trip), and it was quite a pain. If you're traveling light, it should be no sweat.

Great spot. We stayed to walk to and from Coors for some games and it was perfect for that.

The house was spotless and great for our family while visiting friends in the neighborhood. Thank you for letting us bring our beloved dog!

It was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. They thought of everything. They were great to work with. A beautiful view. Would definitely visit again.
