The location was terrific for a trip to Coors Field. And it is close to nightlife but on a quiet and safe block. Host was responsive and check in was smooth and easy. Safe garage parking too.

We stayed at Paul’s place for a long weekend and it was perfect for our needs! Great location — quiet but easily walkable to restaurants, jogging trails, and downtown. The space itself was even larger than the pictures portrayed, and it was spotless. We loved the roof deck and used it every morning and evening. Paul was super responsive and we would absolutely stay here when in Denver again!

Great place to stay! We were very comfortable, beautiful scenery and lots of room. A few hiccups (broken dishwasher, sink draining slowly) were handled well and they were communicative. The water gets extremely hot too! Not necessarily a bad thing, just be aware - especially if you have younger kids!

Such a cute place and perfect location. Falling asleep to the river running was 👌 place is depicted and if you read reviews, everything is accurate. The internet worked just fine during my stay, and a few times when not.. just used my phone’s hotspot. This place was worth it.

Great stay and host was responsive! We found the location to be in a fun area with places to eat in walking distance.

Would definitely book again. The location was perfect for what we needed. We were near hiking and Red Rocks and also near downtown for shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and it was stocked with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was a plus also.

The place was clean, beautiful, and everything worked, all while being centrally located. The check in was easy, and we really had no reason to reach out to them. All in all, it was a great stay

The apt was SO beautiful, spacious and clean! A perfect place for a girls weekend! The location was also great- walkable to shops and restaurants... but also great options within 10-15min of driving. Parking was also really easy to find. I was worried about the availability for street parking, but we were always able to find parking within a block away.

My colleagues and I stayed here during a conference trip. It takes about 15–20 minutes to walk to the Colorado Convention Center, depending on which entrance you're heading to. If you don't mind the walk, this is a great place to stay. The house had plenty of space for the three of us, and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were great. They were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The views were absolutely beautiful and made our time here even more special. We also loved the local recommendations; every place we tried was delicious and added to the experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing anniversary trip in the mountains! We actually booked this place last minute due to the misadvertising of another host, but I’m so glad we did because this stay was absolutely worth it. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and even better than expected. I was pleasantly surprised by how close the lake was, and the views were breathtaking. Everything was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Lei was very responsive and time-efficient whenever we had questions or needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

The space was exactly as described. Communication with the host was the one issue I had, while not major it did detract from the stay. I had issues with my TV not connecting to the Internet and unlike most places I've stayed there weren't instructions on how to fix this. When my troubleshooting didn't work out I reached out and they tried but it was clear they didn't know how to fix it either. I was told maintenance was notified so to me that implied someone would be by to fix it but it was never resolved during my 3 day stay. Also I had some issues with the check-in instructions and I spoke to a guest staying in one of the other rooms and they had the same issue as me.
