Great house, wonderful views, very comfortable to spend time in. Large kitchen, game room, loved sitting around the living room fireplace. We very much enjoyed our stay.There were just a couple of things. The heat system makes noise, sort of a banging sound and trying to sleep with it banging all night was hard. We had to turn on white noise on our phones to drown it out. The coffee maker’s buttons didn’t work - had to plug in to start and unplug to stop… it made coffee, just inconvenient. And lastly, there isn’t a table to just sit around and talk or play a game. We used the coffee table, but it hurt our backs to always have to bend forward. Overall, I would still stay there again as it is a really great place and we enjoyed our time there. One final note, we got to see a young moose eating on a tree right outside the bedroom window… so beautiful.

This was a great place to stay. It has a little river outside the patio, and I saw deer drinking there early mornings. It is very well stocked with kitchen items and equipment. Great stay.

We stayed 39 days while waiting to close on our new home. Air BnB is a duplex and next-door neighbor was quiet and helpful. It was in a good location, close to Wash Park and restaurants. It's close to I-25, so sometimes you can hear freeway traffic. House was a little cluttered to include live plants, which I've never seen in an Air BnB and had to water. Couch was stained and they sent someone to clean it while we were there. My biggest frustration was the cushions and ottomans on the front porch were in bad condition, soiled and torn. I repeatedly asked about replacing them and was just given the run around, so consequently, we never got to use the front porch.

Lovely views! Was a little bumpy getting to and from the house because of some dirt roads (and we were in a 15 passenger van), but overall had a great time!

Probably the best views in the area among vacation rentals. Very spacious, well stocked, and good amenities. Close to the fun little town of evergreen and many nice moderate hikes. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! Super clean and it provided tons of things you need on vacation. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, blow dryer, etc. The response time was super quick as well. Communication was 10/10. There was one night I had to send a message later in the night regarding water and it was a very fast reply.

Such a great place for a mountain get away! Super close to red rocks and other fun things to do! Very convenient location but still feels secluded! So peaceful and saw a ton of wildlife (deer, turkey, bunnies)! Hot tub was amazing

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown Denver, Red Rocks, and Golden. There were plenty of great restaurants and food options nearby, which made exploring the area easy and convenient.

The rooftop space was one of our favorite features, and the living room provided a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for our stay.

The hosts were excellent, very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Denver area.

Spacious and quiet, full kitchen with complete utensils and kitchenware. Close to Sloans Lake.

Not many restaurants can be chosen nearby

Really enjoyed the aesthetic, the adjacent bar/cocktail lounge, and proximity to downtown.

The host was very quick to respond when asked questions. Check-in was easy, and the property was as described! This location was very centrally located, and made it easy to get where we needed to be.

Great location, clean, and quiet stay! Responsive host and would book again for sure.
