There was a water leak from the condo above us that was frustrating and very messy. While they did offer me a partial refund I do wish they had more urgency in getting it handled and cleaned up. Other than that, the stay was great! Perfect location, very comfortable, clean and safe! The parking garage was wonderful!

Modern spaces with a great location and a gourmet kitchen. Great communication and easy process. I would stay again.

Conviently located in the middle of downtown Steamboat. 2 min. walk to the best italian restaurant and all the fun on the river.

Zuni Lofts & Effortless stay was a great place to stay, there communication was great. The home felt very comfortable. Perfect walking distance to Empower Field and many other places in town.

This is a great spot for adults traveling together, as all the bedrooms have king beds and their own bathrooms. Very cozy. Wonderful spaces to hang out together or find some alone time. The RiNo neighborhood was excellent for walking and restaurants (I recommend Crema Coffee for breakfast and major tom for dinner). The host was responsive but not at all intrusive. Couldn't have been better!

We were in town for a few days to go to Red Rocks and other local events. This apartment is a great location to get around and close to restaurants and cafes.

We would absolutely stay here again ! The house and views were beautiful. The host was responsive. And we weren’t too far from restaurants, stores, etc.

We loved staying here. The location is unbeatable just 1 block from Main Street near tons of restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was nice with high end appliances for cooking when you just want to stay in and relax. There were huge windows with a view of the mountains.

Perfect weekend getaway. Although it’s close to the others it still felt super private. Beautiful scenery and the hot tub is the perfect touch in-front of the creek. I would love to come back and book an extra night. Stopped at shaggy sheep for some breakfast as it was recommended and the food was so delicious felt like home. Going to be recommending this stay to my friends!

We had a great stay - the space was clean and comfortable. The location was awesome for us: walking distance to shopping, cafes, and restaurants and just a 20 minute drive to downtown Denver in one direction or our chosen hiking trails in the other. Note- the neighbors have goats and chickens and there are clearly a lot of kids in the neighborhood. We thought that was fun but flagging for people who want a quiet stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and the accommodations had everything we needed for a great trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

A very lovely place to stay! Great Mountain view, particularly from the hot tub. The living spaces are very nice, but the place has a bit of a corporate feel. That is very evident in the communication. Every time they reached out it came with a reminder of how much they would charge for mistakes made at the property. There was a sense of having to walk on egg shells there due to the worry the corporation behind the place was looking for any reason to add a charge on top.

This is the cutest little apartment in the cutest little place in Denver! It’s exactly what we needed for our Morgan Wallen concert. Finding it is tricky, though. The door with the address on it does not have a handle. We walked EVERYWHERE trying to find where to enter. We finally had to call the 24/7 line who sent videos which showed the entry was next door…and when you go to the appropriate floor, the door you enter is not labeled, marked, anything which makes it seem like it’s an employee entrance. If the videos are not in your booking, ASK FOR THEM IN ADVANCE!!! It will save you a huge headache. And the parking is confusing. Says there’s only street parking, okay great, no problem, but the city sign explaining where and when you can park on the street is clear as mud. From what we gathered, just have your car moved by Sunday at 8am. But again, the signs are so confusing I could be totally wrong on that. The apt is great! Parking and finding it, not so much.

Close enough to Denver to not feel overwhelming but far enough away to feel worth it. Nice set up, as it looks in pictures, clean. Lots of dogs, families with dogs, etc which we really enjoyed as a dog owner.

Stayed here 2 nights for a concert at Mile High Stadium. Great place to stay and nice neighborhood! Coffee shop attached was convenient for morning coffee. Would definitely rebook if I am back in Denver!

Very nice cabin with beautiful views

Loft was clean and the host was very responsive. The biggest drawback we had was the inconvenience of parking. We had to move our vehicle every 2-3 hrs due to so many parking restrictions in the area. Corner unit with so many windows was great during the day but hard to sleep in with all of the light from them even with blinds closed. The bedroom carpet could definitely use a good cleaning or replacing. Maybe would have been worth the money to stay if we hadn’t gone on a busy weekend with rates elevated.
