Great stay

5 stars!!! Cannot say enough positive things about this space. We will absolutely be back and hope to stay there again!
Everything was very clean and organized. The unit itself was very spacious- perfect for our group to each have enough space and not feel on top of each other!
The location is perfectly walkable to everything!
The hosts were very communicative and proactive with anything that we may need. We would highly recommend!

Had a great little getaway weekend at the unit and really enjoyed the time - so did the dog! The unit is as described - and it’s very walkable, quiet and peaceful. We walked the half mile to the ridge trail, descended to the main trail and really enjoyed the stillness of the valley early in the mornings. The primary bedroom even has a mini fridge/coffee bar and the bed was large and comfortable and I couldn’t wait to turn in for the night and watch tv or read. The hot tub is an added bonus! Thank you for sharing your place with me and my dog. I will be back!

The location was close enough to the Main Street in RiNo that we could walk there. The Airbnb was very clean and had plenty of space for our group.

Great for the price. The ladies and fellas at the bar attached were very helpful and delightful as well. My son and I will be back sometime in the future

We spent the weekend at this place and it absolutely lived up to the listing. The home was spotless from the moment we walked in: clearly well cared for, with thoughtful touches throughout. There was plenty of room to spread out, which made it easy to relax without feeling on top of each other, and the whole place had a warm, homey vibe that made it feel less like a short term rental and more like staying somewhere you’d actually want to come back to. The views were genuinely beautiful; exactly the kind of Colorado backdrop you hope for when you book a stay in Golden. The location is hard to beat: easy walk to downtown Golden, Clear Creek, the breweries, and the shops along the Main Street, plus quick access to the foothills and trails when we wanted to get outside. Coming and going was simple, parking was easy, and everything we needed was either in the house or a short walk away. The Coors Brewery is so iconic Golden—and it’s a lovely view against the mountain backdrop!

We loved the cozy, contemporary decor and having three en suites for the five of us. The home was walkable to Bacon Social which had great food, drinks, and service.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent and communication throughout the stay was easy and helpful. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and simple to follow. We also really appreciated the 11:00 checkout time. Would happily stay here again!

Great location, beautiful view of downtown, 8-15 minute walk to some good breweries and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our time. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. Also had everything we needed for the week we booked. Safeway is an 5-8 minute drive from the place. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Alan James’s place. We were in town for a few days to visit family that live close by so really only slept at the house but it was perfect for that. House was clean and well organized, free of clutter yet had all the necessary items you would need. We had a small issue with the toilets but they took care of it within hours … even though it was a Sunday. We appreciated their quick response. We would recommend this home.

Wonderful place! We were in tie. Visiting family and this place made great home base!

The address is a bit tricky - when you put it in Google wants to take you to Cross Timbers - which it is - but was confusing for us and our delivery person. Great spot, tons of space. The master is huge so make sure you figure out who is sleeping there ahead of time! Deck furniture could be more robust for how nice the deck/view is. Comfortable and spacious. Great for two family with two kids each.

HONEST REVIEW: These hosts are the ones you secretly hope for. The property is as good (better) than its listed as. It feels like a home, not a rental. The check-in and check-out was smooth and had reminder texts. We saw 2 moose on the first day! I’ll check their listings every year now. Fantastic hosts.

This place was perfect for our group of 10 guys. The rooms were all really nice and spacious, very clean, and with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, the downstairs game and theatre room was awesome for hanging out and watching sports, and the hot tub was the nicest I’ve seen at a rental. The host was also very responsive. Would for sure stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in this part of Denver.

We had a wonderful stay at The Luxe rooftop home. It was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed nighttime views on the rooftop patio. Our Host was very responsive and directions to check in and check out were very helpful. We were in town to see family and everything was close by for us. I would definitely book again!
