Such a beautiful place to stay in Georgetown! Had an amazing weekend and will be definitely recommending!

The perfect location and a great space!

It was really nice having access to the common area. I went to get water at like 4 in the morning because I needed it badly.

They did a great job restoring this place to its former glory. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting something unique in the heart of Denver! Comfortable beds and fast wifi.

Room and location were good for price. The host's poor communication was the biggest drawback. Asked if there was an iron/ironing board in the room. They said yes. Arrived, no iron/board. Followed up and they retracted their earlier statement, said oh no it's not included. Pointed out they had said yes earlier. After some back and forth, they said they would bring one to the room the following morning, but they never did. There was a steamer in the room and this issue wasn't a deal breaker of course, but makes you wonder what else they would get wrong or not address.

Great place to stay! Looked exactly like the photos and very walkable. I had a couple of questions throughout my stay such as storing luggage after check-out and the host was always very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful! Thank you for the lovely stay!

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! Very clean, and the Hot Tub/Sauna/Cold Plunge is a nice addition!

The space offered alot of room for a one bedroom. I never felt claustraphobic, except when both my husband and I wanted to use the bathroom. Close to my son's home, so a great location for me. I would definitely book this location again.

Great place in a great location. Many fun places to go within walking distance. Having a washer and dryer was also nice!

This was a perfect alternative to a hotel in the RiNo neighborhood. The room was very clean with a B&B vibe. The house was on a quiet residential street with mostly new townhome buildings. Coffee shops and excellent restaurants are an easy 2-3 block walk away.

Was a great spot for me and my girlfriend to stay at. Was close to all the attractions that we came to see (zoo, aquarium, baseball games, restaurants and bars). Close to public transportation. Space was extremely clean and secluded from the noise of downtown. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Great communication from the host and even let us extend our stay another night without any hassle.

This place was great! Super clean on the inside and had a very comfy bed. The bathroom was also very clean and had nice hot water. Walkable to a few restaurants and coffee shops and close to other things you want to check out in Denver. Street parking close to the building is all 2 hour parking unless it’s a Sunday / holiday, so you’ll have to drive about a 5 minute walk away to find street parking that works (like 3 blocks away from the place). Overall it was very nice!

We stayed for a week in May. The property was clean which we appreciated. It was convenient for us to visit our son and family who lived in Highlands Ranch and there are many places to eat and shop at. The couch and the chair in the living room were not comfortable especially when trying to watch tv or even just sitting in them. Directions for how the tv works would have been good also. And a few more hangers in the closet would be nice. Overall it was a good place to stay.

The Bright & Modern King Suite Creekside Trail unit was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with the touches of hospitality and comfort everywhere. You really can't go wrong with this unit if you're staying in the Boulder area.
