Very comfortable large room with mini refrigerator and microwave. I am sensitive to light and the room was dark enough that I was not disturbed, and it was quiet. Coffee maker in common area worked out fine.

Great location, easy to get to all of the places of interest in Denver. The townhouse was nicely maintained and very clean with easy to access parking. If you’re a light sleeper, you should bring a noise machine due to some of the cars in the area.

This was a beautiful apartment, with very spacious rooms and huge TVs in each room. It was decorated nicely, and the kitchen seemed very well appointed, but we didn’t use it. A nice bonus was the elevator.

The only minor complaint is that they couldn’t accommodate early check in, but we knew it was not guaranteed.

As others have commented, and as advertised, there is noise from the highway, but by the second day it was just white noise to us. There was even a noise machine provided to help.

Overall, a very pleasant stay, and would definitely recommend it to others, and will consider staying here again on a future visit.

We loved the location— there was plenty to explore within walking distance whether we were looking for coffee, live music, or good food. Check in/out was super easy and the space was clean

My family and me stayed there for three days, the house is very clean and spacious and had and amazing views, We were pleasantly surprised by how large the living room was. The high ceilings and large windows made the whole space feel grand, as someone who loves to cook, I was thrilled with the kitchen. It had high-quality cookware, sharp knives, and basic pantry items, which made preparing meals so easy, Such a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, and the host made everything incredibly easy. I would happily stay here again.

First, the location was perfect. It was a walkable distance from a lot (riNo, downtown bars, welton street)!

Second, the air bnb was safe. I felt like I was able to walk in and out without worries.

And last, the check in and check out process was properly explained. We checked in at night and it took us under a minute.

Such a cute place! Clean!

This was a beautiful home and scenery. We would have preferred the location of the home closer to downtown and easier to get to, but it was very beautiful.
The listing should be updated making it clear that the location is a bit farther out from downtown. Listing states 15 minutes from downtown but it is not an easy drive making it longer than 15 minutes.
Owner responded quickly to our difficulty entering the home with the wrong code and about the issues with our internet. Internet was down for 2 nights which was nerve wracking because there is no service where the house is located. It was scary because we did travel with our 4 month old baby but then the internet worked in day 3.
The internet is different than what is listed and it is an unsecure network. The listing needs to be updated with the correct internet.
We did wish that there was more than 1 TV but did enjoy the quietness.
We did enjoy the stay overall.

This was a good spot for a large family. You can tell that this host has put in a lot of effort to provide fun activities for guests to enjoy at the home - many games, books and even toys that my toddler grand daughter enjoyed. The hot tub was enjoyed by the teenagers and adults! And the location was a nice little peaceful location right next to shops and dining.

One thing to note, the stairs are fairly steep to the upstairs bedrooms (although only a half flight) and the ceilings are low in the downstairs bedrooms (my 6’3” son had to crouch going down the stairs).

As they say, location, location, location! This was a beautiful home in a perfect spot. My family and I could easily walk to restaurants and shops, and the scenery was gorgeous. The home was immaculate, and we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here!

This is a top notch property in a great building in central Denver - close to everything. The unit is exceptionally well equipped - this is not a plain vanilla airbnb. Tons of living space, views, great kitchen. I stayed for five months and couldn't have been happier - it was absolutely a home away from home.

Great place to stay! The retro decor is really great, and it's all new and very clean and comfortable. We'd stay here again. I appreciated the easy check-in with a keypad and responsive and helpful host. I also enjoyed walking the safe and nice neighborhood to the south each afternoon/evening to stretch my legs.
