This location was perfect for our extended family to visit my son who goes to school at Anshutz. We stayed for 4 nights and it was incredibly comfortable and exactly what we needed, except for the dishwasher not working, so that was an inconvenience. The host apologized for this and sent the maintenance man, but he was unable to fix it while we were there. The beds were comfortable and clean. We wished there would have been more seating in the living room, but we made it work. The downstairs area was big enough, but not a convenient place for all of us to hang out. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Aurora, Denver and Boulder. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we loved seeing all the people walking by with their dogs. Communication with the host was prompt and we were very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was conveniently located, well maintained, the majority of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.

First time in Denver and this place made our stay so enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed for longer. We were very comfortable and had a lot of space!

Overall, a very comfortable and cozy place. For the location, price, and space available at this place, it was very well worth it. Street parking only is kinda annoying, but we didn't have a ton of trouble finding a spot. Great location with plenty of things to do within walking distance, so we chose not to try to find parking super late in the evening. Only gripe about the overall space was the ice machine was not functional, so there was no way to have cold water. Coffee bar downstairs was great. The room we stayed in was very spacious, but only air conditioning is from a unit built into the wall, not through system around the room, so it may not be able to keep the room super cool on hot days -- of course it was almost 90º F when we were there, but still was rather comfortable overall.Would highly recommend staying here as a first timer in Denver!

My girlfriend and I love Colorado and decided to stay at this place, so glad we did; it was very well maintained , clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. Also great place to stay if you wanna either get on a scooter and go downtown or pack the car and go towards the mountains.

The place was nice and secure! Parking had a little bit of a walk but was not too bad.

This home was beautiful and well appointed. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was responsive to all communication. The view was amazing and we didn’t have any problems while we were there. The house was the perfect size for our family gathering. There was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were crowded at all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The hot tub was a bonus and we enjoyed it. Thank you to Effortless Stay for making our trip easy and comfortable.

Was a great place for a bigger group of people (10). We really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub! It was also the perfect distance from downtown Denver in a nice neighborhood.

Loved this place, would stay there again. It was beautiful and clean, had everything I needed for a five night stay, just a couple blocks to walk to Washington Avenue, the river, or Safeway. Instructions and communication were clear and easy. Great place!

We loved our mountain getaway to this beautiful and cozy cabin! The sauna and cold plunge were unbelievably relaxing. Our stay provided the stress relief we needed from the hustle and bustle. This place is perfect!

This is the perfect stay for a small group. The neighborhood where the house is located is nice and quiet but close enough to the downtown area by car.
