I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Curtis Park Club and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The neighborhood is absolutely charming and perfect for a leisurely stroll. The inn itself is just as described and the photos are a true representation of what you can expect. The check in was easy with instructions from the staff via text. They are very prompt and communicative via text.

I highly recommend the Curtis Park Club for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in a beautiful neighborhood.

The loft was clean, spacious, and well located. There was a fair amount of noise from the neighboring apartments and the busy street below, something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. That aside it was a great place to stay and the host was very communicative.

This is a well appointed and cute unit in the heart of the action in the Berkeley neighborhood. Restaurants and shops abound within steps of the front door. It is on the sound floor below a restaurant however, and there can be moving furniture noise overhead late into the evening. Otherwise, the effortless team is very responsive with communication and it provides a pleasant home base.

Felt like a hotel! Clean, spacious, comfortable and great location.

This was a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. The view of the skyline was gorgeous. We will definitely consider staying here for future trips to Denver.

I stayed at this Airbnb recently, and while the space itself was great, there were some drawbacks. On the positive side, the place was exactly as advertised—beautiful, well-decorated, and quiet. But the parking was terrible. The garage is so tight that you’ll end up having to park in the street. Overall, great interior, but the parking situation needs improvement.

Great place to stay. Close to the stadium!! 5-10 min walk. Parking garage is a little tight for a suburban or a large vehicle. It is close to the interstate. Lots of traffic noise, butt so worth the stay. Nice balcony that over looks the children's museum and downtown denver. Great neighborhood to walk and sightsee. This property is practically brand new absolutely nothing to complain about! 10/10

Beautiful space in walking distance to lots of great restaurants, fun stores, and, best of all, a short walk to the Yampa River and its great walking path.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The artwork throughout the property was very cool and gave the place a great energy. Communication was exceptional from start to finish, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly easy.

The beds were comfortable, the bedding was very clean, and the showers and bathrooms were excellent.

A couple minor notes: the property is adjacent to a fairly loud road, and the carpet felt a little dated. Overall though, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

this was a great place to stay. only thing that could have made it better was more clear instructions about parking as it was a little challenging to find spots that did not have restrictions, and i may have considered not getting a car. there is also no where to set anything down in the bathroom and only nightstands. i wish there was somewhere i could place my toiletries and other personal items. i had to leave toiletries on the tank of the toilet which is not preferable.

This was an amazing stay and perfectly suited my group's needs. Was in an amazing location, and the views were incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay with Effortless stay was amazing! The place is extremely clean and spacious! Along with the place itself, I cannot express how amazing the location is. The place is walking distance from everything you need and an easy drive to Denver and Boulder.

I highly suggest staying here as you get both the convenience in location and the experience of being so close to the mountains! Golden is an amazing middle ground if you want to experience both the city and mountains!

Amazing location, friendly host & clean and nice space

Everything about our stay was excellent. The rental was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and we walked to most places in town. We were two blocks from multiple coffee spots, restaurants, and shopping but the rental was quiet and peaceful. I would 100% recommend staying here.
