Nice, large hot tub. Clean, spacious house. Lots of different sitting areas and decks with beautiful views. Kitchen well stocked with pams, plates, bowls, and silverware. Loved that we didn’t have to do anything when we left - no stripping beds, emptying trash or doing dishes!

Property was well maintained in a quiet residential neighborhood full of neighbors walking dogs and close to a walking trail . The kitchen was clean and well stocked with equipment . Backyard had a quiet sitting area for gathering . Would rent again .

Everything was perfectly clean. The garage was big enough for our jeep grand Cherokee. Apartment was super spacious- so many bathrooms! And having a hot tub was such a nice perk.

El lugar es increíble! Limpio y muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener días tranquilos, la zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y sobre todo muy bonita! Lo único malo es que no tiene estacionamiento propio y puede ser un poco complicado, pero nada que afecte!

Great home with a super location near some cute stores and darling neighborhood with bungalows everywhere. Very modern with fully stocked kitchen. Decor is also modern and so nice. Hosts communicated prior to arrival and checked on us throughout our stay via text. They were very responsive with a couple questions we had. We would 100% stay here again.
Great stay overall. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for getting around. The space had thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. Would definitely stay again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Effortless Stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location was idea for walking to shopping, dining and accessing the local neighborhood.
We really enjoyed staying here. It was just two of us but it was nice to have two bathrooms. Check in was very easy, and the instructions were clear. The place is super conveniently located, you can walk quite a few places but also a quick Uber or drive to many fun spots in Denver. We didn't run into anyone in the building also so it felt very private. Would definitely recommend Tesoro and will try to stay with them again in the future.
The loft is as described. It's in a larger condo building but had we not seen our neighbors on the elevator we would have thought we had the floor to ourselves, it was that quiet and calm. The room was very clean and matched the description. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen appliances are great, and having a washer/dryer was super helpful. The location is ideal. A short walk to a lot of good food and drink spots. We'll look to stay again for sure.

This place was GREAT !! Excellent location in Arvada. Safe and quiet area. Excellent location with shopping close by. This is a stand alone small home (on the back of the property of a main home), very quiet and very private on the edge of a park with paths and playgrounds, trees and creeks. The unit is either brand new or has just been completely remodeled. Everything in the unit is brand new, and it is well stocked with every pot, pan, blender, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, etc. TVs, internet, new sofa, chairs, very comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels. Large new washer/dryer. Everything works perfect and everything very clean. Reserved parking spot for one vehicle, but there is plenty of parking available on the street as well if needed. The host is a "Management Co", but they are extremely attentive and very responsive either through the VRBO app, telephone, or text. A, I would recommend to others, and we will be staying again. The location was absolutely fantastic for accessing the conference center, Santa Fe art district, and restaurants. The living area was quite spacious and inviting. A couple of the bedrooms were a little tight, but overall accommodating to our family's needs. If anyone in your party has mobility challenges it would be best to use the back entrance with the handrails on the porch, The path to get there may be a challenge though. Fortunately you get to walk past a lovely rose bush on the way. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean which is a big deal for me. I’m easily turned off by rentals that aren’t very clean so I appreciated the cleanliness.
I was worried about train noise when I saw there was a track nearby but that wasn’t an issue. The whole condo building was very quiet.
Bed in the master bedroom was comfortable.
So many restaurants within walking distance which was nice- I just wish that they stayed open later.
Overall, very nice stay. Would stay again.

Good location and a great view of the city! The only downside is that it's managed by a larger company, which means you might miss out on the personal touch, flexibility, etc. that comes with staying at an individual host's home.
We had such a great stay in this unit. We hadn’t planned on using the laundry but after a morning of hiking it was perfect to get to wash our clothes up before heading home. The space was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Had everything that we needed and even a blow dryer with a diffuser which was perfect for my curly hair! Thanks so much for an amazing long weekend in Golden. Highly recommend staying here!
