very responsive host, easy check-in, the only downside we had was no air conditioning. I got extremely hot and they were unable to accommodate any changes. other than that it was a great stay.

We loved our stay. The location is an easy walk to downtown and easy to get in and out of. It was just two of us and this made for an easy "base camp" for us as we ran out and about each day to visit family or to travel into the mountains. Would highly recommend and hopefully stay again on our next trip out to Colorado.

I am highly satisfied with my experience and enjoyed my trip even more thanks to having such a beautiful location to stay. The loft made me feel right at home. It was clean and comfortable. Although parking is on the street, I never had trouble finding a spot and the mild weather made the walk enjoyable. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, made everything a breeze. I am already planning another trip to Denver and look forward to booking with Effortless Stay again.

This was a great experience all the way around

This stay was great. Communication, the place, the view, the location (close to everything), it somehow felt private while you were there. You are right in the highway but it was quiet except for deliberately obnoxious trucks/cars. I would think you'd deal with this anywhere. We brought a Sierra Denali EV (very long truck). Be advised if you're bringing a very large vehicle be prepared to play Tetris getting into your spot. I am very comfortable driving a parking in Chicago and this was tight.All in all we'll be back, we'll just bring the car next time? All aroundThis was a wonderful trip, and honestly this place was the backbone of it.

Great space for a large group of girls for a weekend getaway. Definitely luxury condo and still a quiet space even being in the middle of the town, we had a great stay!

Booked for my bachelorette weekend. Everything was as described. Only downside was having to find parking.

The place was beautiful. Clean, well decorated and enough beds for everyone in our group. The kitchen. Was well stocked with pots, pans, spices etc. Views were amazing from the balcony. Would definitely recommend this place to others or revisit.

Love the location, very private & quiet. And the long driveway provides great off-street parking! Beds and pillows are comfortable. Great water pressure (important for those of us with big hair). There was also a small designated workspace. This place worked great for us!

Positive:
The retro remodeling was nicely done and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Negative:
First it was very noisy with road construction of a new transit system from early morning throughout the day. Then in the evening the bar music and traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. Ended up using a white noise app to drown out the background noise.
Second the location on East Colfax is in a bad part of town. While checking in we ran into a drugged out couple looking for the 'office' to get a room. I pointed them to the app but they didn't have a smart phone so they left. Also a homeless person was camped out adjacent to the property.
Third there is no coffee in the room and the on-site cafe with complimentary coffee which was suppose to open was closed.

Positive:
Everything!!! It is so cute and unique! The staff were all amazing and you could tell how much thought was put into the renovations making it very stylish and hip. The coffee shop/cocktail bar, El Piñon, was a great bonus to an incredible room. The basement lounge was to die for! They had different events like wine tasting and even a mariachi band parking lot party with a food truck! The bed was comfortable, high quality pillows, bedding and towels. The kitchenette had everything you might need available for use. There was adequate parking and even though Colfax was under construction, the noise level was not a problem and I had no trouble coming and going. The rooftop area had plenty of high end comfortable furniture for many people to enjoy and umbrellas for shade from that Colorado sun. I will 1000% stay at La Vista Motel again and again!

Negative:
There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a convenient walk to the Convention Center and lots of local activities. The place was like a home away from home.

Positive:
It was good to have a washer/dryer unit. The assistance received was good and timely when needed. Clean linen, bathroom, and kitchen

Negative:
It was very dark (cave-ish) due to the limited natural light available. The carpets and couch needed deep cleaning. The mattress was overly soft. Unable to sleep ended up sleeping on the couch. The TV remote needs to be replaced. It was challenging to change channels. I had to press extremely hard to do so. Need to include instructions for operating the shower (the most basic thing was hard to figure out). Lastly, the ceiling is very thin. When the upstairs tenets walked around, it sounded like they were coming into the apartment.

Good but there is some construction happening in the building as of 5/26

Really fun and easy to access remodeled motel. Loved how they updated the building and it was easy to find and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice location, convenient walk to historic downtown and campus. Very clean and adequately supplied. The bed was terribly uncomfortable however, highly encourage the mattress be replaced.
