We had a great stay at the house this weekend! They were accommodating and prompt as we had some guests arrive early to drop off their bags. It was in a great part of town that was very accessible. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed their stay, would recommend!!

We were truly impressed with how wonderful this studio was. So clean and beautiful with plenty of space! The location is just perfect to walk everywhere in Golden including restaurants and bars. Great mountain views surrounding. It was our first time to Colorado and it certainly won’t be our last. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Coming back here

Stayed during Mud Season for a girls trip and absolutely loved it! Great location, short drive to all restaurants and downtown. Loved that every room had its own bathroom, plus the half bathroom in the living area. Kitchen had everything you need on a trip as well. Couldn’t recommend this spot more for Steamboat and looking forward to rebooking this spot for our next visit!

This is a well-maintained complex with common area and spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. The area is great - on the edge of the RiNO district with ready access to great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs etc. Very comfortable stay and responsive communication. highly recommend

My partner and I soaked up city life (RedRocks Concert, Denver Museums -Art, Science, Zoo, Botanical Gardens) for two days and craved solace in a natural retreat. On a whim the morning of we found Lostfork and easily secured our one night res. w/ hastily received check-in instructions.

Cabin, location, and grounds exactly as described. It was Exactly what we sought together. Back windows remained ajar throughout allowing those sweet sounds of flowing water just feet from the back patio to soothe and serenade.

Though cabins are aligned row like tens of feet apart our stay felt private, views so lovely, and we intend to return for lengthier stays. Added bonus there were additional amenities we’d like to enjoy in the future as well as explore the walkability/creekside trail.

A beautiful place to get lost for a bit; solo, couple, large groups (family/social & work groups).

TESORO THE BEST LIKE ALWAYS

Incredibly cute! In a very cute and walkable neighborhood, across the street from an outstanding bakery (chocolate croissants are AMAZING!) with comfortable and stylish shared space. Perfect timely communication from hosts. Inviting and stylish shared spaces.

Room #5 does not have AC as advertised and got uncomfortably hot even in April (south facing room on top floor, it gets really warm). Ceiling fan helped some but not enough. Room was not as clean as we hoped; windowsills and blinds were really dirty, there was dried urine on toilet seat and down front of toilet and on floor in front of toilet, and lots of hair and dust bunnies in corners, behind toilet, and under chairs in room. Sheets and bedding were crisp and impeccable, though. Cute, and would be perfect with a deep clean.

The outside was unkept and uninviting

We had a truly fantastic stay in beautiful Golden last week. This perfectly located three-bedroom home made our trip effortless from start to finish. The space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming feel the moment you walk in.The home is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need... comfortable, well-sized bedrooms, soft and cozy beds, and a spacious living area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day out. The amenities were more than ample, and having a washer and dryer onsite was incredibly convenient.If you’re planning a visit to Golden, I highly recommend this home. It’s comfortable, well equipped, and ideally situated... everything you want in a great stay.

The place was nice. Kitchen was full of most everything one needs to cook. I was especially orally impressed with the variety of spices on hand. That was a nice touch.

Absolutely loved our stay. It is exactly like the photos. The kitchen was well stocked for everything that we needed. The hot tub worked fabulously. The linens were excellent, very clean and the shades and all of the rooms provided good darkening to sleep in.

Also this has two bedrooms with a queen in each plus a sleeper sofa. I don’t think the listing is correct. But it was perfect for a couples weekend.
