I loved the entire vibe and the feel of Curtis Park Club and will look to stay there again when travel takes me back to Denver. I had previously lived in the city for 35 years so it was fun to be a tourist in 5 Points (or current day Rino). The entire central biz district, downtown Denver, is walkable from this location. For eating and drinking out every day, this location is perfect. The spot itself is a sunny sanctuary too. The outdoor bits accessible to guests are lovely and relaxing. My indoor space was small'ish, but plenty big for me. If you want privacy you'll want to keep the blinds closed or mostly closed, but that is just to avoid other guests walking by from looking right in, which was rare anyway. Otherwise the space felt perfectly safe and sweet and it compelled you to stay and relax as opposed to the cold nature of a hotel room.

Didn’t know there was a side entrance or a basement unit. And cannot control air in this unit.

Had a great stay here! The place was surprisingly calm and peaceful, even though it’s right by the highway—you’d never guess from the quiet atmosphere. Everything felt comfortable and well-kept. The garage parking is a bit tight, but manageable with some care. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I’d happily stay again.

I’ve stayed twice for work and it’s a great clean place, lots of light, easy to walk to good restaurants a coffee. Easy street parking. As advertised each time.

Situated in the River North District 'RiNo' which is the arty lively thriving part of Denver, by far our favourite neighborhood and where we chose to spend most time. Lots of fun food courts and bars around here within a 10 minute walk.

The host texted us clear entrance instructions on time and responded right away when we asked for any further guidance like for WiFi code.

The room is well equipped in terms of comfort, however it is not suitable for self-catering as does not have cups / utensils etc., but if you know this going shouldn't be a problem :)

Some reviews mentioned a problem in the area with homelessness, but we only experienced issues with this in downtown / more city centre, where you do need to keep your wits about you as many people are intoxicated and acting erratic. The locals around the Curtis Park / RiNo area were no trouble and actually very friendly.

We could not be happier with our stay. Cleanliness is our highest priority when we rent and everything in this unit was immaculate. The furnishings were beautiful and thoughtful. It was so peaceful to hear the rushing river through the windows. It was such a relaxing stay and we definitely plan to be back.

The place was decent for an extended stay. There are a lot of stairs to get to the place as well as lots of stairs inside. There is a 2 car garage, but only one side is usable and you can only open from the inside there is no remote. Additional parking is scarce. Inside resembles the photos but lots of wear and tear on the townhome.

I really enjoyed my stay at Zuni lofts and wish I would’ve extended my stay even further. The room was spotless when I arrived and the floor plan was fantastic as well. I highly recommend the location as it was a very safe area with great access to restaurants and other activities. I would also like to thank the property management as they very approachable and prompt in answering any questions I had.

Clean, all amenities present, spacious, extremely comfortable bed, walkable to adorable downtown shopping and restaurants, private and convenient.

We stayed in the Cast & Tackle cabin and it was super cute and very clean. Loved having a private hot tub to relax in. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be back!

Brand new condo and amenities, Netflix TV, full kitchen and walking distance to grocery store , cafes and many restaurants in Jefferson park

Negative:
Condo is facing the interstate. I’m not a light sleeper but woke up every night because of traffic

Airbnb was nice, comfortable and walkable to food and drinks! Easy access to unit and Ubers were fairly easy to find from building!

Great location and lovely apartment. Beds are comfy, linens high quality. Highly recommend.

The space was exactly how they said, and was gorgeous! Their response time was in 20 min was like they said, and their recommendations for dining and coffee were excellent. Garage was easy, nice area to run in in the morning, walkable to Coors, very easy to get to Boulder and Ft Collins ... we would and will stay there again!
