Effortless Stay Reviews

This was a perfect location and layout for our family with older grandparents that flew in for our son's graduation from Mines. Location is convenient for restaurants, groceries, and close to the school. Two bedrooms on the main floor for accessibility to all the living areas. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with cookware. There is a lot of space. Host communication is excellent. Checkout expectations are very reasonable and low effort. Great experience.

We had a great experience at Zuni Lofts! It looked just like it's pictures and was clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to downtown Denver. Checkin and out was very smooth. I'd stay here again!

Stayed here with my adult kids and their friends while we went to a couple of concerts in town. Great space with several solid restaurants within a short walk. Excellent proximity to downtown without being downtown. Very clean and loved each bedroom having a separate bath! Would stay here again for sure!

Great place close to RiNo and downtown!

Love this space whenever we get the chance to stay here!!

Awesome spot right in the middle of town! Would absolutely recommend this condo if you’re visiting Breckenridge and want to be walkable to everything.

The place was beautiful and easy to communicate with the hosts. They responded to messages promptly and getting in was straightforward.

Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district.

Roomy for 2 adults and location was perfect - walkable to everything!

I took a five day trip from Tennessee to Colorado and I would recommend to everyone to stay there. Perfect local place surrounded by lots of things to do. definitely will be making my way back.

Clean and comfortable space and great location. Walkable to everything in Golden. The property management company is very responsive too! Would stay again

Loved this place. Great neighborhood and lots of places within walking distance.

The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. The location was great, and i really appreciated all the little touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

thank you very nice place.

One of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Condo was pristine. Wonderful location minute for downtown but located in a wonderful area with easy access to highway and a ton of wonderful restaurants. Great views, super clean, house was wonderfully equipped. We were extremely happy with our choice

Really enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and attentive. House has lots of charm and plenty of room for a family and friends getaway. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a wedding and happy with our stay! The home was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Bonus was seeing the family of deer in the backyard in the mornings. It was a great stay!

Awesome location! Unit was very clean and full of light. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.
