Beautiful place, right next to the stream. The inside was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. The three bathrooms were convenient. We appreciated that it was close to everything, especially guanella pass. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the cutest mountain escape. If you’re looking for a retreat, staycation, place to sleep before and after a hike, this is it. I have to mention that bringing a dog is not ideal. You’re close to other units so if your neighbor has a dog, just be ready to bring a long lead. There’s a road behind the units that you don’t want a pet to run towards either. There is also a pet fee. It was just $35, but the process is not ironed out yet. You need WiFi and reception. The location is in the mountains and both are spotty in the area. I spent time running out of our cute cabin to the parking lot and back just to get a payment through. I will say this is not a fault of the hosts, but Air Bnb.
Other than that, the stay was wonderful. We would stay again, bring some friends, but maybe leave the doggo at home. They have a communal fire pit, wedding event space, and offer work retreat services. **Bring stuff for s’mores and maybe make new friends. :)

Great place, great host!

We had another wonderful stay at this Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to others. This is actually the same place we always choose whenever we travel to Colorado because of how great every experience has been. The home is always very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host is friendly, responsive, and makes the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and how welcoming the space feels every time we visit. The location is also perfect and convenient for everything we need. Overall, it’s always an amazing experience staying here, and we look forward to coming back again in the future.

Clean and cute, nice area

This was one of the best AirBnB experiences we've ever had! The unit was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, thoughtful decor, and great amenities. It was clean and new. We loved being in the heart of Old Town Arvada and would absolutely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a few times and I keep coming back. The location is convenient and walkable. The unit is comfortable and has anything I’d need for a short stay. I’m sure I’ll be back again.

The perfect getaway! The cabin was modern, clean, great location, and had all the amenities needed to relax. The private hot tubs were such a nice touch! We really enjoyed soaking in there, and enjoying the river views. We used the saunas every morning and had fun cold plunging in the river. It was really quiet and close to town! Will definitely be back again! :)

This property was perfect for 3 adults. The interior was clean, decorated to be modern and comfortable. The kitchen was our favorite place to cook and hang out. We brought the food and had everything we needed right there. We loved the location because we were surrounded by trees. One day we waved to the cyclists as they headed up the hill by the house. Town, stores and trails were nearby.

Pros....nice apartment, very nice building and location. Company is responsive. The apartment was very clean (see cons) and appeared as in the ad. The view is amazing. We had no issues at all with parking.

Cons...dirty carpeting in bedroom. Was given 2 towels for a 3 night stay. When I inquired about extra towels, I was told to use the washing machine. When the ac was on there was a loud banging noise in the bedroom closet ceiling. I contacted the company and they switched the ac to heat causing the apt to be very warm. When I contacted again it was switched back to ac. As the issue wasn't resolved We weren't able to use the ac at night.

Great spot to stay. Not like your average motel. It can get a bit loud on weekends cause of the bar connected to it but good vibes all around. Good place to stay!
