This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. Check-in was simple and smooth. The host sent the door and garage codes about an hour before arrival, responded quickly to questions, and was easy to reach. I’d definitely recommend this property for families or anyone visiting the area. Such a beautiful/Modern home.

The unit itself was perfect. The common areas were a lil brat up and trash pick up was slow. Trash tended to pile up in the common areas. Not the most sound proof but fine overall. Could hear neighbors above walking. Could hear the street traffick and bar across the street. Loved that you cld open the windows for fresh air and the patio view of the city was awesome!

Peaceful place to stay along the river. Great hiking/running trails nearby too. Just the right spot for a short mountain getaway!

Cute neighborhood, very walkable, very quiet

We will never again stay in a property managed by Effortless Stay. When we arrived, the house reeked of pot smoke. It was so bad we both had stinging eyes, tingling sinuses, and scratchy throats. We contacted Effortless Stay and they were polite but refused to do anything. No additional cleaning, no air purifier, no anything. They wouldn't even send someone out to verify our claim.
The shame of it is that this actually is a pretty good place. Well furnished, comfy beds, good sheets and towels, convenient location, pretty quiet. But it is hard to enjoy it through watering eyes and scratchy throats.
After three days of airing out with windows open and fans on, despite low night temperatures, the place became tolerable. We could still smell the smoke, but at least we no longer had health reactions. Not that Effortless Stay did anything to help us get there. All we got from them was a polite version of "go pound sand." For our future trips to Denver, we will avoid any property they manage.

We enjoyed our stay. Host is very helpful, proactive and responsive. location is especially convenient to Highlands and downtown. As advertised, it's on the interstate and there's traffic noise. The mattresses are on the soft side if that is your preference.

We absolutely loved this apartment! the views across the city were amazing. It was ideally located for walking to the shopping district and getting back onto the major roads for days out. the apartment itself was spotless ans the building was super quiet. Having rooftop access to watch the sunset was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. The hosts were lovely and helpful, couldn't fault the at all. If we ever come to Denver we would be sure to stay here again. Thank you for a fab stay!

Positive:
La Vista Motel is a property that clearly has had effort put into it. The room itself is clean, and it’s evident that management has been working to renovate and improve the space.

Negative:
If you’re considering a stay here, it’s important to understand the setup. This is a fully self-service property with no on-site staff. That works fine when everything goes smoothly, but it also means that if something goes wrong - such as an issue with room access - there may be no immediate way to get help, especially late at night. That scenario did occur during this stay.

It’s also worth noting that follow-up communication from management may not feel as responsive or solution-focused as some travelers might expect.

Additionally, there was significant construction activity in the immediate area at the time of the stay, which made access to the property somewhat more difficult.

Great place to stay, the home is beautiful and the location is so convenient. There’s a coffee shop across the street and lots of shopping and fun activities within walking distance.

Nicest airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. Great location and amenities. We had a corner loft and the outside patio was beautiful. Everything was so clean and new. Would recommend again!
