Wow! This place was amazing. The layout was well done, it was spotless, and it has a high end kitchen. Not many places have such nice appliances and kitchen items. Being downtown was perfect, since we were here during the off season—Less crowds and easy to walk everywhere. The BBQ at the Yampa Icehouse was so good. Thanks for hosting us!

Last minute get away for a nice peaceful weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better place!
So cozy and relaxing. The private hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a week of work.
The location was easy enough to get to but set back far enough that it really felt like you were removed from the real world. We drove up the mountain to let the pup run and stretch his legs and the views were breathtaking.
Will be booking again, I'd love to see the location in all seasons.

Great stay. Trails near by are more challenging / strenuous so if that’s your thing, this is the perfect spot but if you prefer easy or shorter hikes, might have to travel. Overall, great location and very much an oasis.

Great spot for a small group in Denver. RiNo and downtown are very accessible, with more coffee, restaurant, and bar options than you'd ever need. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a launch pad for a Red Rocks show or for a daytrip into the mountains. Lots of space inside, and well appointed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful updated and best location

Everything about this place exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, easy access to everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, clearly well-maintained and cared for. The host was incredibly responsive throughout, making the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. No hiccups whatsoever, and the neighborhood was lively during the day and quiet at night time; we slept great every night. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is a great option for families or friend groups traveling together. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, offering a private, comfy stay and the shared spaces were bright and comfy. Thanks for a nice mountain escape!

Absolutely loved staying at La Vista. I’ve spent a lot of time in the Denver area over the years, but I’ve never stayed at the same place twice. However, La Vista was so chill that I would totally stay there again on a future visit. I loved the retro 70s style of the place, all the staff at the coffee/cocktail bar (especially Sydney), how smooth check-in and checkout were, availability of getting in touch with staff via text message, and the location right on E Colfax. Would definitely recommending staying there if you’re looking for a vibey place in Denver a little bit out of the mayhem without the insane price point.

Very helpful and responsive host. The home we rented was beautiful and very clean. Would rent from Effortless again!

Games room was fantastic and so was the hot tub although we didn't have time to use it !!!
The area was very quiet and we had a deer that visited us during our stay.

Only thing was the neighbors upstairs. A lot of stomping and noise coming through the ceiling. Sometimes all throughout the night evening when I was sleeping.
