seamless in and out. clean place and good location

Great location

Great stay, super clean and walking distance to great rest.

It’s a cute place but definitely not worth $300+. There’s no parking unless you park many blocks down on the street. The place was dirty, random hairs on unused towels, dirty shower and countertop. They don’t respond at all and offer no solutions to issues other than to just figure it out on our own. Wayyy too loud. Neighbors are noisy and there seems to be a nightclub or something at the bottom of the building because there was very loud club music. If you’re looking for something cheap and well located and suitable while traveling with a baby, I don’t recommend this place. Didn’t even have room for pack and play unless in the hall or living room.

It’s a great location. 2 bedrooms 1 large bathroom stove top microwave and fridge. It need or needs nicely.

The stay was good! Excellent communication and response time with host. It was our first time traveling to Breckenridge, Colorado with the family and this stay meet our family needs for accommodations perfectly. Overall, the house was clean and spacious with the exception of a couple of minor details; the 2 blankets from the living room had a very unpleasant odor as if they had not been washed and 1 of downstairs linen had some stains as well (giving an impression of not been washed). We ended up washing them and problem solved. we wanted to use the broom but it was broken so we picked up and cleaned as we could with available things there. overall, I would recommend the house; it is very nice, modern, spacious, and the host very easy to communicate with.

Good place to stay

Really nice house. Owner was very responsive. The lock to the front door is a bit tricky which wasn’t a huge deal. Really the only main complaint is that the ladder to the top bunk in the bunk room was not connected which was pretty dangerous and management company did not address it with us to try and fix it during our stay. Except for that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay in a secure building, with gorgeous views of the city. Had everything you need to cook a real meal in the kitchen. Really appreciated that and the washer/dryer. Super clean and cozy. Responsive hosts. I would definitely stay again!

All pillows big, no variety for personal preference.

Beautiful place to stay! House was very clean and had beautiful views. We were very comfortable during our stay. It was stocked with lots of towels, pillows, blankets. Communication with the host was very easy and had quick responses. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a family stay! We spent a week here with two families and had a wonderful time. It’s only about 10 minutes from Loveland Ski Area, which made getting to the slopes quick and easy.

One tip for future guests: be sure to pick up groceries before arriving, as the nearest town with stores is about a 15-minute drive. Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxing and convenient ski trip.

Getting in the condo was complicated. You have to park in a lot, search for a cabinet that holds a lockbox, then find the door to get into the building the condo is in. The doors to the condo lock from 12-7am and one night we got locked out with no way back in because the keycards didn’t work. Took them days to fix the keycard issue and I was never told new keycards were made until the day before check out. I had to contact the company to call maintenance for multiple issues including a broken bed frame for the cot,a stinky garbage disposal, clogged shower drain, broken towel rack, clogged toilet. Which they fixed all the issues but it was the next day or two later. The condo is nice, has great access to wonderful amenities, is super close to keystone ski are, has a great view if the lake, had two beds, was safe and clean for the most part. I probably would stay here again if it was an affordable choice. I’d give this company 3/5 stars just because the time factor and being locked Out.

Short walk to the shuttle, comfy sleeping accommodations, everything we needed for a ski weekend!

Beautiful home and perfectly as-described. Well priced compared to other hosting companies. The sauna was an amazing additional to the home. Effortless made check-in and everything simple and clear. Thanks for a great trip!
