This is my second time staying in this building and definitely won’t be the last. I love the space, the cleanliness, and the location. Check in was easy and I felt safe as a solo traveler. I may have had to circle the building a few times (usually at night) to find parking but it was not a big deal. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Positive:
very beautiful Apartment, great big bed, kitchen is very well equipped (spices, oil, etc). one of the best apartment bookings we ever had! Check in+out was extremely easy. The view from the balcony is so pretty, plus you‘ll find plenty of cafes and restaurants on the same street.

Negative:
The only thing that wasn’t „perfect“ was the shower head but such a small detail :D

Perfect spot for Keystone! Easy access to everything, the view from the living room and bedroom is spectacular, and the host was absolutely amazing and super responsive when I had questions.

Stayed here for 3 nights after our ski trip in Breck. We chose this place because of the location. Close to museums, restaurants, bars, and downtown. Gorgeous lake next door, park across the street, and amazing rooftop view. The kitchen island is huge, we got to really enjoy a nice dinner and some game nights. Easy check in and out. We would stay here again.

Overall we had a good stay. The location near Sloan Lake was great and made it easy to walk around, enjoy the lake, and access nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The space had the essentials we needed and communication with the host was easy.

Overall it’s a solid option if you want to be in the Sloan Lake area.

We loved this place! Very clean and its in a PERFECT location! Everything within 20 min. We had a blast. Highly recommend. The rooftop was fun to hang out on and the whole place was super cool, gives you that downtown feel but not right downtown. Close to so many shops to walk to and plenty of parks too. We will stay here again!

Great view of Breck. Lots of sleeping areas, feels larger than advertised. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Apartment. Everything we wanted (food, coffee, School of Mines, groceries, …) were within an easy walk.

Really love the place! Super nice and super clean! Perfect walking distance stores, coffee shops and a restaurant downstairs. Only down side was the parking. Had to leave our car 2 blocks away in a public parking lot paid about $50 for 3 days

The house was beautiful and the views were amazing from the house. The host was incredibly communicative and answered all questions quickly and kindly. Something to note, if you’re not comfortable driving in the snow, the roads up to the house can be incredibly sketchy even with AWD/4WD (at no fault to the host just a warning). Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

A beautiful stay. Beautiful place, really comfortable furniture, easy to use cable TV - Xfinity, great kitchen, super comfortable beds. You definitely want t stay here. We had minor but constant trouble with the key fob to open the door and the communication was sometimes rude or unhelpful. But, I'll overlook that and still say, well worth the stay.

Great house and nice hosts. Only issue was the neighborhood and driving up the mountains during the winter. With no guardrails and no street lights it was a very hard drive even with AWD/4WD. Several different people were stuck for hours trying to get out the driveway and up the hill just not a safe situation with ice in the roads. Other than that everything else went smooth.

Modern and clean, looks like it was very recently renovated, comfy and thoughtfully set up. Well-stocked with a short two block walk to the main drag in Golden. *Beautiful* kitchen if you plan on doing any cooking. We expect to be spending more time in Golden, and at the risk of shooting myself in the foot by talking it up, I'd come back here in a second. Definitely one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in.

Our stay at this cabin was truly unforgettable. The property management team was incredibly responsive and communicative from start to finish, which made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free.The cabin itself was beautiful thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and perfectly maintained. We woke up every morning to stunning mountain views, and the balcony quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax and take it all in. I have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway. We loved everything about our time here and would happily return.

Keep in mind. Hard to park, great place, definitely might get noisy. Busy restaurant upstairs.

really comfortable and clean, easy to get to winter park, basic essentials for cooking, our dogs were pretty comfy too. super clean hot tub was a really pleasant surprise.
