This was a great escape. While a little expensive, I enjoyed my time. The cabin was clean and modern. The hot tub was wonderful and felt secluded. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Great place

Power went out completely on my second night shortly after turning on the only heat source provided (a small space heater). I notified the host, tried troubleshooting the breaker, and ultimately had to leave and book a hotel because there was no heat, electricity, or way to charge my phone.

The host initially tried to reimburse only $35.50 for a ~$185 night and kept referencing a “host rate” rather than the amount actually paid through Airbnb. Airbnb support eventually escalated the issue and corrected the refund to about 50% of the nightly rate.

Also worth noting: the living room is a shared common space (not private), some amenities listed like laundry were not accessible, and the electronic keypad doors could not be locked when the power went out, which felt unsafe.

Wonderful place and exactly what we needed for our event. This location offered everything we asked for.

The condo was very clean. Furniture is new. View of the river is great. Use of the garage is useful. Easy access to ski resorts. Close restaurants. Hosts were very proactive, easy check in process. Very comfortable.

Such a beautifully designed and distinctive house! The open plan living area was great - especially the well equipped kitchen and dining area. 4 bedrooms, all with bathrooms. And in beautiful and quiet surroundings, less than 10 mins drive from Breckenridge.

The stay was absolutely amazing. My friends and I were coming out in our largest group yet for a ski trip. Their house more than accommodated for a group of 7. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking for a large group as well as their table. The garage was heated and great for gear storage. Beautiful location only 10 minutes off I70. Easy access to Idaho springs as well. They were super responsive and wicked easy to work with. We would definitely stay with them again.

Beautiful surroundings for walks paired with a cozy cabin feel with every amenity at your fingertips. Linens were of a superior quality and smelled almost like lavender. Well-stocked kitchen with tea, coffee and a generous collection of seasonings for cooking. We were so close to “Red Rocks” and Littleton making our stay convenient to family! We appreciated every little thing this house had to offer!

We had a good stay at this Airbnb in Tennyson. The location is fantastic—right on Tennyson Street, surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the neighborhood and grab meals or coffee just steps away. Another highlight was the kitchen, which was very well equipped. It had everything we needed to cook comfortably, which isn’t always the case with short-term rentals.

One thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t face the sun, so it can feel a bit cold at times. That said, the heating system works well, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.

The main downside is the noise. Because the unit is located directly below a busy restaurant/bar, it can get quite loud until around midnight. When the restaurant kitchen is closing, there is also a very loud engine-like noise—we’re guessing it might be a food debris collector or kitchen equipment. It’s something light sleepers may want to keep in mind.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay

Great place for a girl’s weekend or family stay. Everything was easy and the house had all the necessary supplies. Very walk friendly area.
