Excellent location on Tennyson Street with 3 hour parking allowed on nearby streets. When I arrived, I noticed a musty odor and air freshener, the surfaces were dusty, debris on the floors, some warped side tables, stains on the loveseat and hallway carpet, and what seemed to be a 3" foam mattress in the largest bedroom. Wall units (A/C + heater) on the wall in each room buzzed very loudly. The listing mentioned noise machines and earplugs to help with the restaurant noise above-- there were noise machines, but no earplugs that I could find (they might have helped with the A/C unit buzzing noise). The unit overlooks a gravel lot with several port-a-potties where the construction workers park (this is separate from the construction noise on the other side of the building that was mentioned in the listing- this might just be a temporary issue until the construction is completed next door).

Very comfortable and convenient

Rental was clean and as advertised. Well stocked with papergoods and cleaning suppies. Best part was the ease of checkout. I wish all rentals made it this easy. It was a little tricky to keep the temperature at a comfortable temperature but not a deal breaker.

didn't stay, no parking

Our stay was very enjoyable! We had four adults and the place was more than enough room. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our five day stay. Could not have had a better location. Effortless stay was very responsive when communicating. Check in was seamless and parking was convenient. Would highly recommend this place and would love to be a guest here again.

Amazing location. Clean and comfortable space. Only complaint is there was no freezer or ice maker which was an inconvenience at times.

Overall stay just ok. Space smaller than described, parking an issue and some unattended maintenance issues. Some cleaning issues and too many personal items from owners occupying space. No closet in main bedroom and had to use another bedroom for closet. Some window blinds desperately in need of replacement. Shower door in main bathroom with known issue of inability to close fully but not disclosed.

The place was exactly as described. It is very close to Safeway, Wendy’s, and near the Fraser tubing hill. Winter park resort was less than 10 mins away. The apartment was very clean, the rooms were large, beds were comfortable. The area was quiet and private feeling. The thermostat was easy to use. There was enough pillow and blankets. The hot tub worked beautifully. Check in was smooth and the management responded swiftly to my messages. No issue with the place we absolutely enjoyed it!

The best ski rental ever. Supplied with everything-coffee, cooking spices, even olive oil. At the ski bus stop, across from ski rental shop.

Stay was great.

Only complaint was that there was no wine opener, beer top opener or can opener. Not the end of the world, but was surprised when I messaged the management that they said “there should be one” when there wasn’t. And that they made no attempt to correct that, even though I’m sure Instacart and any other delivery service in the city is running at 9:30 PM on a Friday.

Despite the bit of a hiccup, the place was well decorated, and excellent bedding and in a good location.

Stayed for almost 2 months and read loved it. The location is great - safe, quiet, very close to trails. The space was nice and comfortable, had most of what I needed. Would absolutely recommend.

As a business owner, definitely 5 stars overall.-I put a ram 2500 in the parking spot without an issue. You couldn't open the doors all the way, but it fit.-Ceiling height was never lower than 6 ft. I'm 5' 10.5", and couldn't get my head within an inch of the ceiling. Most of the ceiling is higher, they just have some low ducts and pipes.-Kitchen was well stocked, and included tupperware, which was awesome as we were mostly cooking.-Mostly scratched up non-stick pans, but some stainless steel. Almost all plastic utensils, with no stainless or wood.-Spices looked very old, and coffee was terrible. Make sure to get your own if that matters.-One block from Colfax, which has pretty sketchy vibes, but we had no issues on our street, and everything towards the lake was very nice and safe.

I always stay in this building when in Denver. It's an excellent location, beautiful views all-around, safe neighborhood, etc. Never any complaints staying here. 5-Star every time.

Great place to stay, fifth floor views and can see Ball Arena (depending on your height), but definitely from the room

Everything was perfect

This was such a beautiful place and so accommodating. The host was extremely responsive and offered recommendations for where to go in the surrounding area. Clean and secure place. I would recommend staying here!

The views were amazing, the furnishings were elegant and comfortable.

Negative:
It’s a very minor complaint, but the fake plants were dusty.
