Amazing place, super clean, great host!

Absolutely terrible booking would never book here again. I wish i could post the pictures I took on this review. We lost complete power in the house to the point where we couldn’t even shower, cook, or have any basic necessities. The heat stopped working in the house and it fell to 52 degrees. I’m really not someone to complain and have booked a ton through Airbnb but this was so terrible. The host did nothing to help and basically said we could just leave at 4pm and figure something else out. While we had no service or anything working in the house lol. Nearest town is 20 minutes where you can get signal. They wouldn’t refund us and basically just had us deal with it or leave. So we left our booking 3 days early at 4am. House is beautiful just a shit host. Oh Broken glass all over the front and back of home. It was a blast. They just want your money.

This was a great condo with a perfect location and heated garage parking which was really nice.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The only issue was the parking. However our host offered options to help with parking. We cannot wait to come back and stay there again! Truly home away from home.

overall nice place,. location is OK. we landed 2.5 hrs before checking
check in, and could have arrived to the AirBNB 1.5hrs early, they wouldn't provide the access code unless we paid $30.

Fantastic location!! Huge living room space

Just a wonderful location. Close to everything you could want, and walkable. Only downside was we came out to watch our Packers play the Broncos and they lost!! Will definitely be back Host were very responsive.

The communication about access details was very seamless.

Our stay was perfect. We traveled with our three kids and they enjoyed the bunk beds. Towels, lines, blankets, and pillows were aplenty. We appreciated the coffee and creamer amenities and the Le Labo soap/shampoo/conditioner was a lovely touch. Like all the other reviews stated, parking is street parking but it was never really an issue. We almost always found parking right in front of the building. Overall great stay.

Great location, amazing views! Loved watching the sunset and sunrise over the city. Apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable week-long stay. Checking in was a little clunky as the cleaner was still in the room. Then, when checking out.. I informed the host many hours in advance that I may need extended time due to the elevator being out and my apartment on the fifth floor. The host responded, acknowledging my concern. The elevator came back on around 10:40 so I began taking a few loads down to my car to make the 11a checkout. However, I went a few minutes past 11 and got locked out of my place due to automated locks. I didn’t have my phone on me, so I had to walk a block in heavy snow to get my laptop, return to the building to connect to wifi, and message the host for re-activation. They remedied within ten minutes, however, I feel these issues don’t happen when working with home owners vs a larger management. Clunky communication would have me consider other locations.

Incredibly responsive communication between host and guest. Less than a mile walk to Empower field and a short car ride to downtown. Great stay, recommend.

Well appointed apartment in the heart of downtown Denver. Great location. Close to train and restaurants.

fantastic location in the heart of Larimer Square area, the condo was clean, modern furnishings, fully stocked with starter packs of everything needed . We could make breakfasts every morning and never had to search for necessary utensils and pans, everything at your fingertips. Even some board games available for downtime

Furniture too hard, not comfortable.
Parking not easy, streets are always full. Otherwise location and views were great.

This condo is a perfect location for any Broncos games and an easy drive to downtown. It is comfortable with a small market across the street to grab anything needed.
