This Airbnb is basically my dream/ideal apartment in terms of look, spaciousness and location. I loved looking at the skyscrapers/city lights at night from the windows. There's 3 TVs, one in each room. The place is very nice, cozy and modern. Was able to park inside the parking garage everday, which was very convenient. Would 100% come back.

Nice, clean place. There were only two things that were a bummer. First thing is that the rooms get pretty cold because one of the heaters is outside the bedroom (downstairs bedroom) and does not come in the bedroom if the door is closed. The second is that the hot water is not very hot and runs out pretty fast. I understand that this is a personal preference and was probably way more noticeable since the weather dropped down into the upper 20s/lower 30s, so that’s why I still gave it 5 stars. Otherwise, nice Airbnb.

Street parking can be tricky but doable

My second stay with Effortless Lofts, both at the Espadin building. Just as good the second time around - spacious, clean, comfortable, and easy walking to tons of restaurants around LoHi.

Lovely place to spend time in Denver! Great location in LoHi walking distance to many restaurants, stores and activities! Owners very responsive to things we needed to improve our stay.

clean and spacious

This clean nicely furnished condo met our needs for its location. Communications were addressed in a timely manner.
However the highway noise impeded our sleep despite being warning in the description. The indoor parking was convenient but tight.

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay in Denver. The house was spotless and quite unique compared to other paces we have stayed. We loved all of the books in the house and enjoyed perusing all of shelves! The neighborhood was walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The loft itself was very nice and clean. I would recommend supplying an extra comforter or blanket because it did get quite cold at night. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the brewery across the street had some great people.

Positive:
Very spacious, great view of the mountains, has washer and dryer, full-size oven to cook meals, along with plates, bowls, cooking supplies, etc.

Negative:
Yeah, the lobby smells like ripe sauerkraut. I think it's from the restaurant on the first floor.

Great place for snow sports

The condo was very clean, modern, and comfortable, but we encountered a few issues:

1. Hot water heater: It failed on the first day, so we couldn’t shower until the evening when the part was replaced. Support responded quickly, but we would have appreciated to be offered a room change once the issue was reported so we could shower sooner after days of traveling.

2. Door lock: On our last night the lock stopped working, and we had to find a storage room to retrieve a physical key. The room contained keys to multiple units, which raised safety concerns since anyone with access could potentially enter other condos.

The area was fantastic with plenty to do, though street parking was limited. We were also disappointed that the “balcony” was just a sliding door with bars - not a balcony you could walk out onto.

Overall, the place was nice, customer support was responsive & friendly, and the issues encountered were likely one off items, but we do wish things would have gone a bit smoother

The place was very nice. We were three famiys totalling 12 people all adults and we did not feel crowded. The beds were super comfortable. We were all commenting on how well we sletp. The layout of the place is very nice and the host was very responsive. The location is a bit out of the way, so if you plan on driving into town on the eveings, make sure you get a good understanding of how far you have to drive.

It was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. Great space and comfortable. The host was always responsive and polite. My kids and husband enjoyed staying here and that couldn’t make me happier. I definitely recommend this condo.

Super convenient, great hosts, and really nice place!

Very open and comfortable for 8 people. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are nice each having a bathroom and shower. Be careful the garage door automatically closes, watch your vehicle if loading or unloading

Thanks for a great stay. The house was roomy, well stocked and clean. My family loved it.
