Zuni Lofts were actually BETTER than the description. It’s hard to give the view its proper justice through photos. But it was a breathtaking experience and a peaceful stay. We will have to come back. The unit was very clean and I didn’t see any residuals from other guests which is always something I look out for. I felt that the space was extremely clean. Clear instructions and parking was easy to find on the street. We ordered DoorDash easily with no driver confusion. The bed was very comfortable. Safe neighborhood we saw many families out walking and very safely lit at night. We would definitely return!

The property is beautiful, but has deferred maintenance. Jacuzzi didn't work for the first couple days and when it does work it's on a timer so it automatically shuts off so you have to reheat it every time you want to use it. You also need to refill the spa with hose water after every use. The host said they would compensate for inconvenience, but they only refunded the charge to use the spa. Thankful for the refund, but with the differed maintenance they should have refunded a little more.
A/C unit in one of the rooms didn't work and in the same room the fan only works if the light is on at the same time, in another room the fan light didn't work making it very difficult to see, the dishwasher is practically not useable. The door doesn't open all the way. Also the stove mitts are worn and depending on where your fingers are you can get easily burned. May want to bring your own. Would have liked to stay here again but question if the whole experience was worth the price.

This cute blue house was the perfect size for 4-6 people. Had everything you needed. Great location!

We only stayed one night at Effortless Stay but it was exactly what the pictures show. It was cozy and clean and just what we needed for our last day in Colorado.

It was such a nice stay. Very close to downtown Denver and a lot of restaurants. Also the view was incredible!! We got there a little early and they let us check-in no prob. They were very polite. We will definitely be staying there again!

Well located, everything walking distance. The concierge folks were great. An AirBnB guest friendly building.

The stay was amazing and comfortable looked exactly like the pictures on air bnb ! Location was perfect walking distance of everything , receptionist was friendly, check in and check out was a smooth process over all had an amazing experience !

The property was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with things you need to actually cook. The stairs are a bit narrow without a handrail - this wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to be aware of.

We had a great time at our airbnb. The host is helpful and quick to respond. The area is awesome, Sloans Lake is one of my favorite spots in the city. Can not recommend this airbnb experience enough.

Great space for a ski weekend. Private hot tub fits 3-4 adults. Felt right at home.

Great place for a short stay in Denver. Living room is huge. Located right next to the Broncos stadium.

I could go on and on about this condo. It had plenty of space and the fireplace was a nice touch. The heated garage was perfect given steamboat just dumped over a feet of snow. We loved the large tv and the comfy beds.

Would definitely book again!

This is our second time in this unit. Always an enjoyable stay! Lots of great restaurants to walk to, and everything you need is in the unit for a short stay! We will be back, and highly recommend!

Great cottage, will rent again in the future. Loved location next to ralston creek pathway which we walked daily, close to downtown shops restaurants. Quiet and worked remote during day. Five star accommodations and host was great
