Their maintenance personnel entered the building with no notice. Not safe

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your stay. Our records show that you specifically requested maintenance to come to the unit, and our team arrived promptly in response to that request. When they got there, however, you refused to allow them entry.

It appears this situation was then used to seek a refund, despite the fact that maintenance was only dispatched at your request. Due to the difficulties that arose and the inconsistencies in your communication, your reservation was ultimately cancelled.

We take safety and proper notice very seriously, and we always strive to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests. We’re sorry this was not the case here, but we want to ensure the facts are accurately represented.

We came to Denver to celebrate our anniversary and chose this home mainly for the area and hot tub. The home was nice and clean, but it only had one bathroom located downstairs and master bedroom is upstairs. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is located near everywhere we needed to be. Everything went pretty smooth until we decided to use the hot tub.
The hot tub was never turned on. We reached out to guest service, and got the problem fixed in a reasonable amount of time, but the breaker was off. By the time the hot tub warmed up it was way too late to even use. Considering we paid for this place for the hot tub, this should have been checked that it was ready to use before we even checked in. We would have never booked knowing we wouldn’t be able to use it. We still liked the home overall, but communication could be better. When it was time to check out I had reached out to see if there was a check out list, but had no response. No list was sent out the night before either.

Regarding the checkout process, our checkout instructions were sent, but we’re sorry that the message didn’t reach you or go through clearly on your end. We understand how that could be frustrating, and we’ll review our communication procedures to ensure they’re as clear and reliable as possible.

Absolutely loved our stay at Zuni Lofts! The location is perfect – an easy walk to downtown Denver and literally right next door to a great brewery (we popped over multiple times). The loft itself was spacious, stylish, and super comfortable. Already planning our next trip back – highly recommend!
Only recommendation, the thermostat was far to hot for our comfortably and we couldn’t turn it down.

We had a great stay in Denver! We were walkable to family we were in town visiting in their wonderful neighborhood. The house was very comfortable for us, our 2 toddlers and grandparents. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds, linens and the kitchen was well equipped (although we weren't doing much cooking, we easily could have). The living room spaces were also great to hang out in. We had a great stay and would happily return next time we visit our family in the neighborhood. Parking was also very easy right in front of the house.

We really enjoyed staying here with my family for a long weekend. The host was super communicative and quick to respond when I had questions. They were able to coordinate with my baby rental place so that my crib and other baby items that I had rented could be delivered before we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and super clean. The basement was a fun perk. We spent lots of time playing pool and lounging on the couch downstairs. One small critique I would have is that the kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we would’ve hoped. It had pots and pans and silverware, but it lacked essential items like oil and Tupperware and plastic bags and foil. These are all items that I typically look for an Airbnb so that we don’t have to buy them and leave them there. Other than that, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to others.
