Yes the condo is sprawling and in a great location in town. Large windows overlooking Howelsen. We were there for two weeks; that may be too long for a place in Howelsen since you will be woken up by either street sweepers or snow plows around 5:00 AM (depending on the season) and trash trucks, and you wont get to sleep easily with a loud bar across the street. The main bathtub was leaking (not a drip, a full on stream) that we reported immediately. It was fixed in our second week, however it started leaking again within a day. What a waste of water. Floors very dirty. Cleaned kitchen floor myself with cleaner and paper towels (no mop) and the towels were black. Mgt Co was responsive via text, but not overly helpful. TV had no live channels (for sports - it was football season). Mgt Co came down to show me how to access live channels. Oops there aren’t any, so they told me to use someone else’s YouTube subscription because that guest forgot to sign out. Hmmm.

We offered to send the cleaning team back multiple times, and we worked to coordinate maintenance as soon as the plumbing issue was reported. We appreciate your patience with the scheduling required to complete those repairs. Our staff also responded right away to assist with the TV setup and to help clarify the available streaming options.

A wonderful stay in downtown Denver, perfect for multiple groups and such an amazing space. Wonderful kitchen, great living room to hand out in and the beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and provided a comfortable and relaxing base for our trip. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the high-quality linens and the well-equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic—close to all the key attractions, but tucked away enough to offer a peaceful night's sleep.

The property was spacious. We enjoyed our time there with the swimming pool and the billards pool table. Plenty of kitchen space for shared meals. Host was responsive. Would stay again!

Lovely home, le labo soaps were a nice touch. Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Lots of extra beds for guests and good location for local haunts. Lots of hidden gems in neighborhood, not so touristy.
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. The place is super clean, well stocked, and attractive. Having access to the garage added convenience as we had a baby with us. We also appreciated the porta crib! The people were extremely responsive. Our family loved staying here! Thank you!
The location was great. Actually appreciated the 10-15 minute walks to great bars and restaurants. And the bonus of Zuni Brewery across the street was great!
Amazing modern apartment, with everything we needed. Perfect location and a short walk to Ball Arena.
Stayed here with a small group of colleagues for a conference downtown. The space was laid out perfectly with everyone essentially having their own level of the townhouse to themselves. The weather was great and we walked the 1.5 miles to the convention center most days, and buses and Lyfts were also plentiful. Highly recommended!

This was very convenient for our needs. the only negative, which was noted before we arrived, is the noise from Interstate 25.

Be sure to pay close attention to the check in directions. You will get several texts and messages but the check in directions are the most important.
After you figure out the check in the place is amazing. It was clean and quiet! There are several great restaurants, coffee shops and bars in walking distance. I would definitely choose this place again. It’s one of the best I’ve found in Old Town Arvada.
