My husband and I came to Denver for a football game. It was also our honeymoon. The house was beautiful and we were able to walk to and from the stadium with zero problems. It’s located close to shopping, food, dispensaries! I recommend using google maps for directions, because Apple Maps had me at the wrong address. Google maps will take you right to it.

This place was everything we needed for our trip to Denver. It was a great location and we could walk anywhere we wanted to go! The building was nice, the front desk employees were very helpful, and it was a nice quiet area. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were great! We would love to stay again!

We loved our stay at this home. It’s in a great neighborhood and has everything we wanted in a space. Be prepared for stairs if you aren’t adjusted to the altitude but it’s manageable!

Beautiful, clean place. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

Lovely home with lots of natural light and space to spread out. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Loved the ability to open up the accordion doors to the back yard and let the outdoors in!

this was one of the best airbnb’s i’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at! everything was so roomy and beautiful. very well appointed kitchen. appreciated all the small touches of amazing soap, shampoo, conditioner, and loved the view from this apartment especially.

Beautiful home in an amazing location. We live outside of Denver and were looking for a place to stay downtown while friends were in town so we could be close to bars and restaurants and not have to worry about the drive. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and we enjoyed the deck. The location is incredible, right next to all our favorite places. We had a great time and would stay again

My parents stayed here for a weekend, everything was as pictured and it was very comfortable. My stepfather loved the giant TV in the upstairs living room for watching football! Would definitely stay here again.

The good:
nice and modern space with comfortable linens, towels, couch and beds.
Every sleeping quarter had its own private full bathroom.
Kitchen utensils and appliances are well stocked.
Great laundry.
Decent location close to downtown.

The areas of improvement:
Had a couple of minor issues that didn’t in any way other than aesthetic affect our stay. (Curtain rod fell, blanket had a burn mark)

Issues that Did affect our stay: faux fireplace was not working and wasn’t fixed.
Heating system downstairs was not working either and was not fixed.

Overall, good spot, but given some of the issues and the fact that we had no offer of compensation from host for not having working amenities that were paid for… I can’t in good faith give this place a higher rating. Sorry.

Great space for 6 people. Large backyard, very quiet street. 2 bathrooms definitely saves time for groups of 3+. Walkable to a main art strip. All in all worth the stay.
