Definitely recommend
Very nice and clean. Great location if going to Empower Field, easy walk. Highway noise is present but not terrible. Thank you for a great visit

They were very responsive! The place had a stocked kitchen with baking pans and spices. We had an issue and they sent someone right away to take care of it. It was very cozy and spacious!

Positive:
The location was close to the venue we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The deck in the morning was beautiful. Beds in most bedrooms were comfortable. Instructions in ad and on QR code in home were helpful. Check out directions were clear and simple.
Negative:
The theater room projector wasn't working, which was a big point of why we chose this booking. (The host did give advance notice that it wasn't working). There were visitors to the property for various reasons that was not made clear beforehand so as a house of mostly women was a little startling. Master bedroom upstairs the only place to store clothes was the closet (no dresser in room), but the closet was chain locked so you also couldn't use that.
Positive:
Everything was fine. Received a text with external door code, room number & door code for room.
Negative:
Nothing, was easy.
Very clean, comfortable and nice location
This was a great experience. Alex provided everything I needed. This included seasonings, cooking oil, and although there is not a washer and dryer on the property they were kind enough to provide laundry pods to wash my clothes.
We highly recommend! Our family enjoyed the stay so much we extended our reservation numerous times 😂
Location is great, walkable to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The house itself is clean but was a bit smaller than expected. The three bedrooms are right next to each other with razor thin walls. There’s basically one bathroom to use as the downstairs bathroom doesn’t flush half the time. We communicated this to the Airbnb host but did not receive a response during the entirety of our stay.

Nice place , conveniently located, I would stay again anytime I was coming in to Denver. Parking for us during our stay was never an issue.
Great location with a well stocked kitchen. Clean with clear instructions, very responsive management team, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed.

We loved this spot!! We came into town for a concert at red rocks - Location couldn't have been better and easier. The LoHi neighborhood where the air BnB was in was SO cute and had so many walkable restaurants and things to do. Host was super responsive and communicative during our stay. The house itself was super spacious and very clean. Super nice to have our own garage too instead of street parking. We felt right at home.
