Fresh and updated. Easy Access to the Football Stadium!

Negative:
Backs up to highway so noisy on the balcony, but not inside.

Our stay with Zuni Lofts was nothing short of amazing! Check in was very smooth and the condo looked more beautiful in person compared to the photos. Perfect location, so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance and just a beautiful neighborhood all around! I’d reserve with Zuni Lofts again if I happen to travel to Denver again!

The house was great, lots of space and in a quiet part of Evergreen. The downtown area isn’t too far off a drive, and easy access to the Evergreen Parkway and I-70 corridor. Great views, especially the day it was snowing! Was a great home base for our new home search, and great access to hiking, bouldering (especially the Three Sisters area), and rock climbing as well. Be sure to hit up Espresso Evergreen, Evergreen Brewery, and Revival Brews!

Beautiful peaceful location for our girls trip to a concert at Red Rocks. The house has ample space and is much larger than it appears in the listing.Check-in was smooth and easy with a door in the listing it mentions hot tub maintenance could occur the next weekday if it’s a holiday, however we were surprised by someone showing up to fill and treat the hot tub as we were prepping to use it during our non holiday stay. While a minor inconvenience, it was off putting to all of the sudden see someone on the back deck without warning.All in all I would stay at this location again if in the area as the home was well suited for a group or family gathering.

Check-in was easy, secure parking if you're driving. Beds were super comfortable. Wonderful walking area with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Loved the ice cream shop right downstairs and Breadwinners restaurant for breakfast. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Denver.

This place is an absolute gem! Beautifully appointed decor, views for days and the location can’t be beat! One of our favorite VRBO’s EVER - we will be back!!

Exactly what they marketed and very clean! Loved the location. Parking is iffy.

Pros: cute spot, great location, very convenient. Host was communicative with regards to accessibility

Cons:
1) no running water in the kitchen, which was addressed to the host on day one. however, this was never resolved

2) host reported that we broke a lamp (which did not happen) and when we refuted this, they were not at all accommodating. In addition, they charged an exorbitant fee for a lamp that was clearly not worth that amount. This, in combination with the lack of addressing a very inconvenient issue of running water, definitely left a poor impression.

Nice home, but I would not recommend.

Very difficult to figure out where to park and getting into the building, Especially in the dark.

Excellent stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and well located - we could walk to everything we wanted to do. One thing that stood out to us is the master bedroom mattress and linens were exceptionally comfortable - we slept great! The only minor issue was some very early morning street-cleaning noise but I guess it's that time of year with the leaves dropping otherwise everything else was perfect. Check-in was seamless - the instructions were clear and spot on. There was no need for us to contact the host during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great pace to stay. Came in for a work function. Was able to enjoy the time away from the conference. Great work spaces if you’re coming in to work. As advertised. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay here. The house was beautiful but the views were spectacular. The house had everything our family of four needed to be comfortable. We had several meals we cooked and had everything we needed to do so. The host provided really clear instructions on how to get to the property so that was super helpful. This was also a great location. We were here for a concert at Red Rocks and it was close, about a 15 min drive. Also, Golden is such a cute town, it was nice to be so close to the downtown area. Would love to stay here again!

The place was comfortable, clean and beautiful! Loved the fireplace, hot tub and all of the balconies with gorgeous views!

- Unit, building, and neighborhood are all great.
- Street parking was fine. I parked on a quiet street one block away.
- Many restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance.
- Empower Field at Mile High Stadium can be walked to in 25 minutes.

Positive:
Excellent location with outstanding amenities. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Great views of downtown from the windows and balcony.

Negative:
The proximity to the interstate made for a noisy first night. By the second night it didn't bother us.

Clean unit, with amazing amenities, place is very spacious and I felt like the pictures didn’t do it justice. Perfect for our game day experience, great neighborhood, close to some local eats, and a parking space for the rental car. Will stay again

Домаќинот беше извонреден – комуникацијата ни даде корисни совети за локалните ресторани и места за посета.
Секако би се вратиле повторно и со задоволство го препорачуваме ова сместување на секој што бара удобност и гостопримливост на високо ниво.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Comfortable and spotless home. Everything that we could possibly need was provided. Quiet street, walkable, in cool trendy area of RiNo. Check out the wall graffiti everywhere. 2 blocks from Denver Market; a cool warehouse space with 11 different outlets (bar, coffee shop, bakery, deli, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, chocolates, ice cream, salads, smoothies, açaí bowls, and even a butcher). Easy in/out of parking garage. Great shower in primary en-suite, hot water, nice shampoo & body wash, in unit washer & dryer. Great living area for our family of 4, several convenient outlets to charge electronics (IYKYK). Rooftop deck was private, shaded, fun space. View of the Rockies. 10/10 in every way.
