We had a great stay. The house was very clean and had an awesome play room which the kids loved. Would recommend this house for anyone looking to visit the Denver area.
Misleading and unwelcoming
I book Airbnbs often for work and chose this one mainly for the hot tub, but it turned out to be a disappointment. There’s a hidden $35/day fee just to heat it, and even then it shuts off every 90 minutes, so it’s never warm when you need it. The house also has a decibel meter with vague “noise” rules and $1,000 fine threats, which made it stressful to even talk outside. The thermostat wouldn’t cool below 72°, and my room stayed around 75°. One bathroom had no hot water until the second day. When we arrived 15 minutes early, they refused entry unless we paid $30. The house feels like a cash-grab rental—bare, impersonal, and poorly managed. It looks nice in photos, but it lacks any sense of hospitality or comfort.
Response from Effortless Stay
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations and would like to clarify a few details for future guests.
The optional spa heating fee is listed in the description, and the timer is a standard safety and energy feature to ensure consistent use between stays. The noise monitor measures only sound levels—not conversations—and is required to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Our thermostat is set for comfort and efficiency, but we’re always happy to help adjust if asked. We didn’t receive any report of a hot water issue, but would have resolved it right away if notified.
You requested an 11 a.m. early check-in, and while a fee was initially offered, the request was later canceled—you were welcomed at no extra charge once you arrived.
We’re glad you enjoyed the home and its setting, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience.

We visited Evergreen for my brother’s wedding and wound up with a great place to rest!
Positive:
I appreciated the location and the style of home — I told my wife, “I wish I could copy and paste this home back at our place…”
We arrived after dark and it was a little hard to find at first, but once we were there we loved the privacy. Nice, clean space and close to everything! Would choose this place again.

Great place to stay Close to downtown
This was the perfect location for a conference held near the downtown convention center. Nice views and secure building, with plenty of space for myself and my colleague to have privacy during our business trip. There were many useful amenities (laundry room, ample towels, kitchen appliances, etc) to make our stay very comfortable and convenient.
The location and views were great and the hosts were more than accomodating! We would absolutely stay here again.
Great host who communicates just enough with clarity and kindness. The place was exactly as advertised and even better. Everything was well stocked, functioning as it should and we didn't have a single problem. the host, the building, the unit, the neighborhood, the city of denver. A++++

Great stay! Easy parking and checkin. It was as described. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a convenient place downtown.
The place was amazing and was very clean also has a lot of room
It was one of the best Airbnb we stayed at. We ended up booking it last minute but the place was emaculate. It contained everything that is needed for the stay. There was ample kitchen supplies and utensils. The bed was amazing. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here when we visit Denver next.
Nice location and great views. Loved the home!
This place was very nice. Great area! We definitely will come back for a longer stay.
This unit was perfect for all of our needs while in Denver. It was perfect for our stay and had a beautiful view of Denver. It also has great accessibility restaurants. I would love to stay at this unit again in the future!

We came to Denver for a broncos game. Not sure there could be a better property to stay at. Literally a 3 minute walk to stadium
Response from Effortless Stay
Thanks for the great review. Glad the location was perfect for the Broncos game and that the stadium was only a 3-minute walk. Hope to host you again on your next trip.
It was the perfect location and provided the perfect amount of space for 2. It was very warm inside the apartment when we checked in but we let the host know and they turned on the AC quickly and had the home cooled off and comfortable for us within an hour. They were very protective with our potential needs and had answers to potential questions that made our stay and the check in/out process very easy. I won’t waste time looking for other places to stay next time we come in town. This will be our go to place as long as it’s available.

Thank you for your review, Cameron. Glad the location and space were perfect for two and that we could get the AC on quickly to make the apartment comfortable. Happy our communication made check-in/out easy. We’d love to host you again next time you’re in town.
A beautiful home in a very quiet, peaceful mountain neighborhood. The views from behind the home were beyond what we expected. Very comfortable with plenty of places to sit, relax, and spend time with each other. The driveway is very steep and even without snow or rain, can be a challenge getting in and out, especially in the dark, but we never felt unsafe. There were a few issues with the property we shared with the management company but unfortunately, those things were not addressed while we were there for our weeklong stay.
If I could give 100 stars, I would. I left wanting to move into this condo - from the decor & modern finishes, to the cozy homey feeling of the unit, I loved it! I blindly booked this Airbnb without knowing the location at all, and fell in love with this neighborhood. Everything was walkable and felt so safe. Thank you for sharing this piece of heaven with me!
