An excellent base for exploring Denver. Easy walk into the city, close to popular restaurants and places to drink. Lovely view of the city from the windows and very quiet as it faces away from the road. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and very easy to settle into. Would recommend an stay again if travelling to Denver

The space was great. Amazing view of downtown and plenty of things to do. Twenty minute walk to Union Station and 20 minute drive to Red Rocks, perfect! Great area with great vibes. I wouldn't hesitate to come back 💯

Views of Denver inside from 5th floor condo, and amazing views of downtown and the mountains from the rooftop patio one floor above. TVs have Roku where you can access your YouTube TV, Netflix accounts, etc - this is always a nice perk. Kitchen and bathrooms (2) well-stocked, plus there's a washer/dryer. Location is convenient and walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Came in for a wedding and this was perfect. Highly recommend!
Check-in process was clear and seamless. Communication with host was easy. Place was clean, comfortable, spacious with plenty of storage. Well stocked, including books and games. Loved all the windows and natural light. Great location to walk to Empower Stadium. Parking in lower garage was convenient. Although garage parking is first come, we never had an issue finding a spot. As mentioned it is near a highway so there is road noise. This didn't impact us, but we are not light sleepers. They do provide a sound machine. Would definitely stay here again.
Our group enjoyed our stay, as it was with him, walking distances of a lot attractions and restaurants as described and pictured in the listing .
The only negative item was all (3) beds need mattresses replaced.

There were a couple of glitches when we arrived, but landlord was very responsive and we had a great stay. Comfortable accommodations, great location - all good.
This airbnb was incredible! I stayed here with my fiancé and two other couples and it was absolutely perfect. There were tons of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and anywhere else we wanted to go was a quick uber ride away. We had so much space and thoroughly enjoyed all the different levels in the condo, it gave each couple a sense of privacy within the home and the common areas were large enough that we could easily hang out together if we wanted. It was also immaculately clean and the decor was so fun! Check-in and check-out were also super easy and the host communicated and responded quickly! If (when) our group comes back to Denver we will absolutely be booking this place again! It was perfect!
Great place! We enjoyed our stay. The house had more than enough space and the pool was amazing.
Our family stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 66th birthday. The home itself was spacious for my entire family and the location was beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was affected by several maintenance issues. Shortly after arriving, the kitchen outlets and refrigerator lost power and never worked again, which made it very difficult to cook or store food. The host communicated and tried to help, but repairs didn’t happen during our stay.
The kitchen is also quite small for the number of guests the home accommodates, so this place is best suited for those who don’t plan on cooking big meals. Airbnb ultimately helped issue a partial refund, which we appreciated. With better maintenance and a few updates, this could be a perfect stay for larger groups.
Sidenote: I took an early morning walk. The neighborhood appears safe and friendly.

The Larimer Square Retreat was excellent. Well furnished with very comfortable beds and huge TV. The views were great. The location was in a perfect place for walkability especially to some fabulous restaurants. Check in and out was simple and the host checked on us to assure we had all that we needed. Would highly recommend this property
