Great place

Amazing home! Very comfortable and had high quality furniture. Would 100% stay here again!

The space was clean and the host was very responsive. Great view- exactly like the pictures.

Parking can be a bit challenging at times.
The smell in the lobby was horrible, but the space itself was clean and free of smell.

Great spot for our weekend in Golden. Townhome was clean and exactly as pictured.

The house was very clean, with all the kitchen equipment in perfect condition. The three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop had an amazing view. Highly recommend!

Spacious house for a large group, very quiet neighborhood, amazing pool and outdoor patio!

This 2 br condo was perfect for our 4 night getaway to Rocky Mountain National Park and Red Rocks. John’s place is like new. Price point was excellent for the quality and condition of his place. The hot tub was wonderful and the bed super comfortable after a long day of hiking! His place has all the amenities necessary in the kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of towels. The attached parking garage is nice as you can access the condo directly. John was very responsive when contacted for questions and also offered great local recommendations for food, etc. Probably one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at! I would 10/10 recommend!!

Positive:
Loved the back deck-watching foxes run in the field, close to a trail to walk on, modern interior, plenty of sleeping space for a big family. Well-equipped kitchen.

Negative:
The loft room gets pretty warm-we were there mid-August so it was hard to sleep a couple of nights

The place was spotless, everything looks pretty new, bathroom, towels and blankets felt super clean, small and comfortable, really close to delicious restaurants

Everything was perfect and just as described. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the security and the ease of communication. Would definitely stay again here or another Effortless property.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Looked out over Denver in the distance, but another view was toward the mountains. Windy steep road to get there, but worth it. It was clean, the kitchen was large and beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay.

Great stay for a business trip! The location was perfect close to plenty of food options and just a short walk from the stadium. The place was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Would definitely stay again when I’m back in Denver!

Great space. We had a group of 8 adults and there was ample space and everyone was comfortable. Great location.

It was clean, and in a very good central location. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

Our host was very responsive to our questions and was very accommodating when we asked for an early check in. It was very clean with new appliances. The area was very cool to explore, and there was plenty to do. We can’t wait to return.

This home is beautiful - thoughtfully decorated, quiet, clean. We loved the neighborhood and the proximity of restaurants, shops, and miles of trails. The host was exceptionally kind and communicative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
