Beautiful and clean and had everything one would need.

Excellent cabin/house close to Denver and close enough to small towns to easily go out in the evening. Great area for a quick get away to hike, explore the outdoors and relax in the mountains for a long weekend. John was very responsive, clean house and property.

Very clean place with great amenities. We were able to find street parking every time. Great location to stay near amazing restaurants!

This location is on the border of being in an unsafe neighborhood. There was an unhoused man right outside our window all night making noise our first night. The third night we heard a shooting and the sirens to follow. My friend and I slept together since we didn’t feel safe enough to sleep in our own rooms.

The place: definitely could use some updating, very loud upstairs neighbors and is a little dusty. One of the black blankets I wanted to use had an unidentifiable white stain on it…
Overall the pictures to the experience didn’t match in my book. The host was very reliable and communicative. I just think it’s important you know what you may be booking especially if you are traveling by yourself.

Alex place was great and in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go in Denver.

Loved our stay at this apartment! Everything was as described. Can’t beat the walkable location and the city view from the balcony!

The location was central with a quick Uber ride to the aquarium and ball arena. This u it was right on the street so we heard traffic 24/7 and had to sleep with ear plugs. It was mostly clean with a spot in some of the living room pillows. The couch was really a love seat and super uncomfortable. The bed creaked with every movement and was also very uncomfortable. The thermostat also adjusted randomly without warning. Overall it was a nice stay, but a few tweaks would have made it great.

This was a nice unit with a great balcony view.. Restuarants and coffee shops close.. Close to downtown but far enough to get rest in the evenings.. Quiet neighborhood that felt very safe!

Great place and a decent price.

Great condo for our weekend. Clean, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. There is a bit of road noise as it’s right on the highway, but nothing that impacted our stay. Communication was easy and responsive. Highly recommend.

John’s home is lovely! We were in town with other couples and this home provides great space to hang together and space to retreat! The descriptions are very accurate and communication regarding location and checkin/out were clear and easy! We especially loved the views, the hot tub and the neighborhood! Nicely equipped kitchen and overall very clean!! We had a great stay!! Thx John!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The combination of private bedrooms with open living space is perfect for a group. The location is super walkable, and check-in was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

I really wish I had believed the negative reviews before booking this place. We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was a huge disappointment.
• The pool was green and unusable when we arrived (fixed on day 2, but we lost a whole day).
• The refrigerator never worked properly—it melted all our ice the first night and barely kept food or drinks cold the entire trip.
• The garage-converted room had no working AC and a clogged sink, making it uncomfortable and basically unusable.
• There was even a red ant hill right next to the pool with ants getting on our shoes and any food we brought outside

We contacted the host many times, but his responses were minimal and most issues were never fixed. For the price, this house is absolutely not worth it.

Future guests: believe the bad reviews. This property has ongoing issues that the host has not addressed, and it ruined what was supposed to be a special weekend.

Good area to stay in, the house is big and for 3 people we each had a lot of privacy as each of us stayed in different floors.

The apartment was exactly as promised and was in a perfect location for my colleagues and I for a work conference. It was wonderful to have a little oasis away from work but still extremely walkable to all that Denver has to offer.

We had a great time! The Airbnb was exactly as described, great location, and John was super responsive. The pillows were absolutely amazing and made for a perfect sleep each night.
