John is an excellent host! Great place, very clean and he responds quickly and communicates well. The townhouse has plenty of room for everyone.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding weekend in downtown Denver. Long story short: I highly recommend! The value for the stay was very good, and the walkability was *chef's kiss.* The 2 car garage was also very helpful for both downtown parking and for when my father made a "surprise" rental car purchase for the weekend - even though we had our own car.
The location of this place is perfect. We walked around LoHi and went to several bars, restaurants, and shops around the immediate area, and walked home several nights since it was a safe area. As the description mentions: You do need to be ready for stairs, but it was nice having the different levels of separation between the rooftop, bedrooms, garage, and living area functions. Everything was very clean, fully stocked, and they have a very well-stocked kitchen (as advertised), which I'm always very appreciative of.
Overall - I would highly recommend staying here for a great, fun-filled weekend in downtown Denver.

Everything was so lovely, easy, and accessible. We found a couple of new restaurants and bars that were a minutes walk from this lovely spot. Perfect for our girls getaway to the gem show! Extremely responsive and helpful! Our favorite part of town!

The place was very easy to get into. I loved the surrounding area because there were great restaurants and it was very walkable. The loft was very clean and they offered extra towels, sheets, etc. Overall, amazing stay and I would come back again.

Zuni Lofts were simply Amazing. We absolutely loved the modern style and decor. The views from the balcony and big picture windows were beautiful. We are Superhosts ourselves so they definitely lived up to our expectations. We Highly recommend staying with them. Great location!

Great modern spot. Very clean and spacious. I was in town for a convention and this location is a quick 1.5 mile uber away from the Colorado Convention Center. Would stay again for sure.

We’ve stayed at this condo complex three times (not always the same unit), and each time has been worse. This last visit will be our last. The biggest issue: one of our group accidentally engaged the unmarked deadbolt, locking the rest of us out. The host had no local support, no key, and offered no solution other than “wake the person inside.” After 2.5 hours of ignored calls and sporadic replies, we had to hire a locksmith ($180). The host refused responsibility and even threatened to charge us for “damaging the lock.” This is unsafe and unacceptable—there is no way to access the unit in an emergency. Beyond that, the lobby reeked of sewage, trash was overflowing, bedding was stained, the bathroom had rust and mildew, and the bunk bed was unstable with a broken rail. Previous stays also had serious issues and poor communication. For the price, even a basic hotel would be far safer and more comfortable. Strongly recommend avoiding this host.
