Positive:
The location could not be better. Right in the heart of Breckenridge. Easy walking distance to everything. Apt is very cozy and comfortable. Well furnished and all appliances worked just fine.

Unfassbar gute Ausstattung! Es gab ein Paket Kaffepulver, Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Duschzeug....
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung der Küche sehr, sehr gut! Der Kontakt zu dem Personal war problemlos und sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten vorab Sorge wegen der Parkplatz Situation. Vor dem Haus und in den Straßen drumherum gibt es aber jede Menge Parkplätze. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass an jedem dritten Dienstag im Monat die Straßenreinigung kommt und daher dann von morgens 9 Uhr bis 17 Uhr Parkverbot herrscht. Wenn man das beachtet, kann man gut kostenlos dort parken. An den meisten Tagen haben wir direkt vor dem Eingang parken können.

Negative:
Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die quietschenden Türen und das Bett, was bei jede Bewegung quietscht und knarrt.

What a gorgeous location! Everything was well equipped for our week long stay. Wildlife was everywhere. Easy trips to Idaho Springs, Evergreen, and Red Rocks. John was very helpful and responsive to make our stay perfect.

Beautiful home . Our family enjoyed the house and hot tub . It was very close to a wedding we attended at Lake Evergreen ! The home was located near many hiking trails . It was a wonderful place to stay !

WOW! This property did not disappoint! We came to Colorado for a concert at Red Rock which was only about a 30 minute drive. Totally worth the beautiful drive through the mountains. This A-Frame is a modern, clean and cozy property in the most peaceful neighborhood with incredible mountain views and cute wildlife everywhere! Also, the property manager had prompt and polite communication. If we lived in Colorado we’d bring looking to buy a property in Evergreen! 1000000% recommend this property!!!

We loved the location.

Negative:
The description of the property did not say that it was on the third level and no elevator. With the four of us being seniors this was difficult getting our luggage and other items up three flights of stairs. Also, we had to walk clear around the property to get to the stairs. The desk also did not state that there was only one parking spot. The properties parking lot was half full. The lighting in the property was marginal.

I was worried about this being managed by a group at first but communication was smooth, theytusually responded in less than 20 min and someone answered their support number. The unit looked just like the photos and was super clean, balcony had a great view of downtown. Had a great time, would definitely stay here again if back in Denver with a group. Super short walked to get to Happy Camper and Fox and the Hen, etc. 30 min walk or a quick Uber to get to Central Station/downtown/RiNo

Enjoyed our stay! Booked last minute and the accommodations were great, good communication with the hosts. Super clean space and walkable to great bars and restaurants!

Alex was a great host! Space was great for a solo traveler. Location was perfect and had peaceful surroundings!

The house was nice, but there were some issues. The refrigerator didn’t really work well at keeping things at the temperature they should’ve been, which we didn’t mention because it seemed like something that wasn’t fixable. We did have some issues with outdoor lighting but John brought maintenance men that fixed it right away. The pool was extremely warm, but that’s what you get in Indio in the September heat. All in all, John was easy to communicate with and was helpful. And the house was truly beautiful.

The unit itself was great. The lobby/entrance area/elevator smelled absolutely awful to the point I thought about cancelling the reservation. However, the unit itself was very nice and the stay was otherwise pleasant.

The house was clean, comfortable and inviting! It was stocked with everything we needed. It’s in a great, quiet neighborhood.

This is a great location in the Union Station area. We walked to so many restaurants and bars.

Great place in a wonderful neighborhood of Denver. Walkable to restaurants and breweries. Very close to running trails. Fun space that was laid out well. WiFi is slow and disconnects so consider that if you are using this place to work.

Clean, well-furnished and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay during my business visit to Denver, which was conveniently located close enough for a short drive to downtown.
