Condo is large, well appointed and in the center of town. You can hear some street noise during busy traffic times, and only the main living room, kitchen area our AC. the bedrooms have fans when needed.

John was a great responsive host and his townhome is lovely.
My husband and I were in town with our 22 yr old daughter for Teddy Swims at Red Rocks.
Everything was spotless and lots of outdoor space to relax.
Close walk to Sloan’s Lake for walking trail, restaurants etc.
Easy 10-15 min drive into the city

Great location and lovely place
This place was very pretty, and looked just like the photos. However, parking is awful even on weekdays. On Tuesdays you can’t park on one side of the street. Then on fridays you can’t park on another side of the street. Parking might be free, but it’s very limited and chances are you will lose whatever spot you do find due to the parking rules or you will have to park miles away from the actual air bnb location. Our day of check in, we also had someone trying to enter our air bnb. They were attempting to enter a code into the door and everything. I notified the host, and they didn’t seem too concerned. They said it was probably an accident by another guest. This left my boyfriend and I on edge for the rest of our stay. Pretty apartment, but left a lot to be desired in my book.

Excellent location and experience
This was a beautiful place to stay! An uber away from great restaurants. We did think it seemed high priced for one night on a Wednesday night. But the place was clean and neat and provided everything we needed.

Great place with all the necessary conveniences. Responsive, clean home and comfortable living space. Good AC. Place located in 38th Ave that has a fair amount of traffic

John’s place is clean and spacious, plenty of room for us 4 adults and two kids! Central location and walkable to Rodeo and hot pool. Will stay again!
We had a clean and comfortable stay here! The location was perfect for our needs and within close proximity to good eats. Street parking can be super tricky, so that is something to be mindful of if you’re driving in. We appreciated the hosts quick communication and would certainly book again and recommend to others.
Zuni Lofts was a great repeat stay while staying in Denver. There was some cleanliness concerns but nothing that felt in dire need of talking with the host. Overall the location is great and would visit using Zuni Lofts again.

Alex’s place was fantastic for our weekend stay, perfect spot just outside of the city with easy parking. Only a 20 minute ride to red rocks
Positive:
Location, cleanliness of the facility.
Negative:
The power strip in the bedroom under the desk that acts as a night lite. Illuminated the room too much during sleeping time.
The place was spotless, in a perfect location (super quiet) and very comfortable with lots of room. Highly recommend!
This home was absolutely perfect for our family weekend. The space is massive and impeccably clean. We lived in the pool it was the ideal way to relax and cool off. 10/10, we will definitely be booking again!
