Beautiful view and so nice to be able to enjoy it from the back decks. We liked the art, furnishings and real hardwood floors. Well stocked kitchen.

Positive:
very difficult directions and terrible to navigate.

Negative:
The property was so hot and loud with traffic couldn't open the windows.

Beautiful stay ! The house is incredible, very spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for nearby restaurants, park, supermarkets etc. John was an outstanding and responsive host. The pool was the highlight of our stay! Our kids had absolute blast in the pool everyday. It was a lifesaver for keeping them entertained. Highly recommend! My family, kids & myself would love to book again. Thank you John.

John’s place was great for a larger group. It was spacious and comfortable, neat and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were plentiful and clean. The location was good with nearby restaurants and in close proximity to downtown and Red Rock. I would definitely book again if in the area.,

Alex's place was centrally located and was great. We spent a week and had a great time. Check-in was easy and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at Zuni lofts! The apartment was as pictured in the listing, and perhaps even more spacious than the photos depict. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed well-appointed. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was spacious. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout, like providing laundry and dishwasher detergent. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was easy to access and the building was quiet and felt safe. The area right around the building is quiet but there are tons of great restaurants within a few blocks. We would have appreciated being able to drop our luggage off early since early check in was unavailable for our stay, but unfortunately they don't offer this.

The space was beautiful. It was really clean and the host is very responsive and helpful. Parking was the only thing that was a little bit of a pain, but it’s to be expected in the city. There is so many bars and restaurants in walking distance, so that’s very convenient! Definitely would stay again if we visit this part of the city again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home in Evergreen as our home base for our family’s summer getaway.
We wanted a comfortable, spacious place to work remotely before heading to a concert at nearby Red Rocks and take in some of the local activities (horseback riding, hiking, local live music, etc.) and this place certainly fit the bill.

Positive:
Les équipements de l’appartement, cuisine, SDB, climatisation, lave linge et sèche linge, BBQ, etc…
Parking facile et gratuit, très beaux volumes dans l’appartement, chambres et salon très spacieuses, 2 salles de bains, très bien agencé,très très agréable.

Negative:
La proximité de l’autoroute, rend la terrasse inexploitable au regard du bruit continu, jour et nuit. Si vous faites BBQ, obligation de manger à l’intérieur.

It was a Huge Pleasure staying at the Zuni Lofts! It was very clean and spacious, pictures were on point, Loved the city view from the roof & the room. The host was very responsive and helpful, always checking in on how our stay was & if anything was needed we could reach out no problems. Amazing place to stay should you want an great experience. If my family were to go out there we would most definitely stay here again.

In the heart of Steamboat. Great views, great restaurants, and very walkable downtown. The balconies were fantastic for early morning coffee and sunsets. Inside the spaces were very comfortable and spacious. Loved the spice rack which was "loaded" with all the spices needed to cook great meals. Kitchen was well appointed with all the things required to stay in and cook for those that are cost conscious. Restaurants easily accessible by short walk or even an elevator ride down. Cypress restaurant is located in the same building on the ground floor and was amazing!
