Would definitely stay again! The place was clean and perfect. Exactly as described in a great location. Comfortable beds with an amazing shower in the master!! It was a short walk to a walking trail around a beautiful lake too. He was a great host. Highly recommend!

honestly this place was rather nice but due to some things happing in Indio made it a bit difficult but we were able to make it work and enjoy our time there tho!

This was a wonderful location! Neighborhood was very walkable with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We were visiting for a concert at Red Rocks. Condo was very clean and quiet! Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! Management is super responsive, the space was pristinely clean, and the area was great. Right outside of Lohi, seeing the Residence Inn and other hotels nearby threw us off at first but it was a great stay in the end. The front door to the building had some trouble working but the management company was fast to respond to us regarding the issue. Would stay here again!

Our stay at this home was amazing. The views were spectacular, and it was very quiet. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck outside the kitchen. There were many birds, and we saw a fox in the yard! I would highly recommend this home if you're looking for peace and time to unwind.
This suited our needs perfectly.
John communicated very well- questions were answered right away. The instructions to the home, and for getting in the house were easy.

the description does not say that this is a basement condo and certainly not highlighted in the description. This condo is also located in walnut creek, not in Steamboat springs which is >2 miles away. There are very few eatery choices in this area near gondola in walnut creek. Also, there are no views of any kind from this condo except onto wash where there is ongoing construction. Also, condo is located right behind community laundry room affecting noise level through 10pm but most annoying thing is the amount of people using wash and front of balcony to come around to laundry room giving us no privacy. We asked for a discount considering the annoyance but owners were not receptive and ignored all of our requests. We contacted Airbnb support but gave up considering that we were there for a short time and could not find alternatives on such short notice.

As visiting US and Denver for the first time we didn't get clear information about the street parking despite many questions upfront. In fact we had to move the car each 2hours, we risked fine when we were late from city tour and from the morning we had to wake up early to move the car again. That was bad surprise, and didn't let us relax and enjoy the place at all. If the owner would inform us clearly about parking situation, we would not decide to stay there.

This was a great place to stay, while visiting Denver! I would definitely recommend it to friends and stay again for future visits!

Centrally located, close to shopping, dining trails & gondola. The backyard was great for our toddler who enjoyed plenty of outdoor time. Kitchen has everything you need.

Good communication. Place was clean and nice. Great area/location. Only drawback is there is no assigned parking. It's only street parking

Grear Location. Beautiful sunset and skyline view. The place was spotless and looked just like the picture. Comfy mattress and walking distance to everything in the Lohi community. Will definitely stay here again.

All in all, the stay was just ok. The building is very nice, and getting in and out of the unit was easy. The finishes are nice, but they aren't NICE nice. The photos make this look like a luxury sta,y and when I got to the unit, the first thing I noticed was the stained rugs, the marks on the walls, and just the rough edges everywhere. Also to note that the parking in this building is VERY small/tight. If you have a truck or are not great at parking you will struggle in this building as their garage under the units (which is a nice thing to have) is just very very tight.

We loved coming home to John's place after a day hiking and exploring the area! The location is quiet and has easy access to the main road going through Boulder - a quick drive to Pearl Street. The kitchen has everything you could need and the bathrooms were very clean and updated well.

Beautiful house in a perfect location. John was very responsive and the checkout was so easy. We will definitely stay here again when in Denver!

Great house, was worried about it being on busy road, but due to setup, it wasn’t noticeable. Great place to stay with a family near Cherry Creek.

This was a very convenient place to stay. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance with a great view from the apartment. The host was very responsive when we needed something fixed.
