We enjoyed our stay at the Zuni Lofts. Comfortable main bed and two roll aways for the kids. Zuni Lofts is across the street from Zuni Brewing and a short walk to a couple of excellent restaurants. On street parking was easy to find.

Thanks for a great stay! Loft was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. Our group had a great stay in a desirable, walkable and fun neighborhood. If we're back in the area, we'd love to stay again!

Great stay!

Positive:
The home and the location were great. Very cozy and accommodating insie the home for our stay with extended family.

Negative:
When we arrived the road was closed and under construction, so there was no street parking (or even dropping off) and it was loud on weekdays. We were staying in the home with elderly parents that could not walk from blocks away so we would not have booked this home had we known ahead of time that it would not have at least the ability to drop them near the home. These large road projects do not just happen spontaneously and the affected homes would have been nofitied prior to the work. When we called property manager to ask to use alley parking and receive some consideration for us not being told that the road would be closed, we were told they would look into it and call us right back and we never received a call. The hosts clearly have put a lot into making the home comfortable and nice for their guests. It is unfortunate that an unresponsive property manager can reflect badly on them despite their clear efforts to make the place very nice.

The condo was immaculate, very well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated space. Crystal clear hot, hot tub Also a great location, only 40 min to Grand Lake and 20 to Granby, 5 to Winter Park and 10 YMCA Snow mountain that has endless activities for families.
Highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

nice area to stay at if you like it really quiet, it’s not my preference because I couldn’t even have a little bit of inside music without getting a complaint but neighbors had music as well.

We would definitely stay here again, very clean, modern and comfortable! Perfect location for downtown activities, safe neighborhood with great little restaurants within walking distance.

This place was beautiful! Very well kept, exceptionally stocked in the kitchen, and the layout was easy to navigate. Garage space for a car was a nice touch! Perfect for a stay with my parents, dog and toddler. Neighborhood was easy to walk around. Would love to come back and enjoy the hot tub in the winter!

Great place, very comfortable and clean. I felt right at home. It's located in the heart of the Highland neighborhood, which is an awesome area. Communication with owner was outstanding. Like my title says, it could not have gone any smoother. Great unit and owner! A
