Great unit and great host

The house is super nice really big and lots of towels for when u get out the pool. it felt like we were right at home

House was very spacious with lots of rooms, beds and extra rolling beds as well to accommodate everybody. Listing said quiet hours after 10pm which is understandable anywhere, but upon arriving there was signs in the home that there is no music allowed not even from your phone at any given time, wish that was clear on the listing. Never got a response to know how to turn on the outdoor patio lights since remotes were missing, so we can lounge outside in the night. Other than that it was a clean home and we all had a very fun time in the pool!

We had a great stay outside Breckenridge. The house looked just like the photos and provided multiple places to rest and relax. It was a short drive into town and we split our time between the house and the local attractions.

Great place to stay and great location. Being on the lake with access to pool, spa, sauna and hot tub were all a great bonus. Check-in process was a bit more complex than other properties we've stayed in but communication from owner/host was great and very prompt.

This was the second time we stayed at this unit. Checking in was seamless and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay in Denver. Great location in the wonderful Highlands neighborhood.

Location was great and convenient to bars and restaurants. Sloan’s Lake was a great place to walk around. Interior is a little tired (living room rug is very stained and needs to be replaced) but otherwise good. Window units are very loud but cooled fine. We picked this unit because we needed a secure garage to hold some of our daughter’s things for her move to Denver. Upon arrival, we found the garage is shared with the adjacent unit and is only secure if both parties lock the doors and close and lock the garage doors. Adjacent unit accidentally left their side of the garage open one night and most of our daughter’s things were stolen by homeless people. Recovered a lot but not all by walking many alleys for hours. Had we known that the garage was shared, not disclosed, we would have picked somewhere else as we had specifically asked if it was secure. Garage camera footage not available. A police report was filed but neither the host or Airbnb were of any help. Garage users beware!

Was truly an amazing place with amazing views. The town is located is plenty to do in there. From restaurants to shops or something there for you. The hot tub on the rooftop was by far my favorite part. Communication was amazing and house was exactly as described if not better.

A group of us went to the mountains to see the stars and meteors. The house was really neat - even nicer than the photos. The coffee maker stopped working, and they brought a new unit within 90 minutes. The only issue we had, was that we got several automated messages about using partner services like how to get food delivered or ski rentals - and once I asked them to stop the solicitations, those messages stopped. It was a good stay.

John's place was just as described. It was spacious and likely one of the best places to stay in downtown Steamboat.

As a 37 year Denver resident and a real estate agent, I am not entirely sure how Zuni Lofts is on AirBNB as I don’t think per Denver rules that a resident lives in all the units 6 months out of the year.

If you are looking for a hotel experience with an overflow of suitcase packing guests, this is it. Good luck with street parking. Overseas support desk that disconnects calls upon shift change and is not familiar with the building layout. Rude responses on the chat. Sub par cleaning crew. Inaccurate listing.

- pee on the toilet seat, base and floor.
- sofa “bed” is not a pull out bed, it is a rock hard sofa that you get to sleep on. Didn’t even provide sheets that fit.
- bedroom bed totally cheap and uncomfortable.
- piece of paper was left on the floor in the hallway by the cleaning crew for 4 days straight.
- ran out of toilet paper and took 2 days to get some.
- slow responses and rude tones.

Positives? View was great and location in LoHi near restaurants.

We loved our stay here! Everyone had their own space. The neighborhood is great. The host is easily reachable and very responsive.

My family loved this stay. The kids want to do well in college so they can own place like this! The deck and view are PHENOMENAL, and the interior decorating was top notch. Soaps in the bathrooms were high-end.

We used one of the rollaways, which worked flawlessly. Closet space was plentiful. We walked to lunch at Tony P’s pizza, coffee at Sapor, dinner at Hampton Social and breakfast at the Fox and Hen. We’d heard that street parking can be tricky, but the neighborhood is super-walkable, so we just left the car in the first great spot we found.

Highly recommend this stay in Denver!!

We stayed here as a family with young kids while visiting the area for baseball games and had a great stay.The home was clean upon arrival and offered plenty of space for our family. While it is a little more lived-in than the photos suggest, it was still comfortable. When we reached out to the manager about a small concern, they responded promptly, which we appreciated. We did find the yard a touch unkempt, but it was still a nice space to enjoy and the kids loved spotting bunny rabbits and squirrels that would visit.The beds were very comfortable — definitely a highlight after busy days. The only thing to note is that the blinds in the bedrooms let in quite a bit of morning light, so if you like darker sleeping conditions or prefer to sleep in you may want to bring a sleep mask.The location was perfect — walking trails, a playground, and a spray park were all nearby, and the quiet, safe neighborhood made it easy to relax. It was also an easy drive to all of our planned Denver activities.

The place is in a great location, very spacious, and equipped with everything you need. There were a few minor issues during our stay — the dishwasher wasn’t working, we had some trouble connecting to the WiFi, and the TV was missing a cable — but the host responded quickly to resolve the TV and WiFi issues. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a nice place to stay.

Our stay could not have been better! We loved the downtown location - perfect for three generations. John's place is just as it looks online...perfect! It was great to have two comfortable king sized beds, and the pullout couch was even comfortable! Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us. Overlooking the ski hill in the winter would be a definite bonus. We hope to return!

No iron or ironing board, no TV in the bedroom, no large dresser in the bedroom, ugly spot on the carpet when you walk in
