Loved the location and amenities! Great decor and very clean!

The air conditioner seemed to turn off in the middle of the night so it would get very hot and made it hard to sleep comfortably.

Our stay was great!! Very spacious, clean. The apartment was quiet and no disruption from neighbors. It’s in a great area of town, walkable. Will definitely stay there again!

Our stay at the Architect’s Dream House was absolutely perfect! The views were nothing short of breathtaking — every window felt like a framed piece of Colorado’s natural beauty. The home itself is stunning, with beautiful furniture that blends style and comfort seamlessly. Communication with the host was excellent — quick, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. For all the amenities offered, the price was more than reasonable. This home truly exceeded our expectations and close to everything we wanted to visit. Red Rocks Amphitheater, hiking, day trips. Perfect AirBNB for us. Thanks to John for sharing his beautiful home!

The apartment is very comfortable and easy. I really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is - unusual in an AirBnB. It was lovely to have the patio that looks out on the Blue river, and lets out onto the walking path. Silverthorne isn't really a town, just a collection of malls and condo complexes. This one is well-located and nicely designed - a good place to stay to explore the area.

Positive:
The downtown location is wonderful. Very walkable to restaurants, performances and baseball stadium. Convenient parking within the building for exploring further by car. The apartment was clean with a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and extra comfy beds. The shower was wonderful! Appreciated the modern decor and the views overlooking two rooftop gardens.

Enjoyed our visit to Golden!

John was a great host! The home was amazing. Location was perfect for a wide variety of activities! Definitely worth it!

We loved our stay at this clean, homey, and cute cabin in Idaho Springs! Being in the mountains, cell service is limited, so be sure to download a map beforehand just in case. John was extremely communicative throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. The movie room and hot tub were great additions. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 and our sweet pup had a great time staying at John’s. The condo was well equipped, easy to find and clean. The garage was a nice added bonus, and a great place to keep our bikes. Super close to the local grocery store, many restaurants and lots of trails. We enjoyed a nice weekend away before school starts.

Just an amazing stay. Pristine furniture, and amenities. Amazing Nespresso machine, fully stocked with extra coffee!

Would stay a whole week or two here.
Host responded in a very timely manner.

Couple minor things the housekeeping missed before our stay, but those can be looked over, as the place was extremely clean.

Can’t wait to stay at any of Effortless’s other properties.
