What a magical place and much roomier than I expected! It was just me there for a little solo retreat and it was a very short stay but i enjoyed every moment of it and had such a great night’s sleep. Well appointed with attention to detail, I would definitely go back!

We usually stay at the same place in Evergreen during our annual trip to Colorado but it was already booked this year. When we saw the pictures for John’s place, we stopped looking. The A-frame house is adorable and has a great use of space. It is nestled in the trees and is so peaceful. We will tell our friends about this cute place.

Great location and neighborhood

Easy to get to from the airport! Perfect location to visit Golden, Evergreen, Morrison and of course our concert at Red Rocks!!!

We had a good experience overall. We were a little bummed that we did not have access to the tennis courts, but hopefully the host will get a key for future guests to use that amenity.

Great place to stay!

Great location! Parking, for the most part, wasn’t too bad and we had two vehicles. Would definitely recommend if you are wanting to explore LoHi and downtown Denver and want to walk everywhere.

Great place! Centrally located. Parking was a bit difficult especially if you don’t have a vehicle that would fit in the small garage.

Great stay in LoHi. Everything was exactly as advertised, super easy to get in and out of the building, location is perfect for LoHi or downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay again! The rooftop views, corner coffee shop, and comfortable bed was worth everything!

Cozy little cabin in the woods. GPS would never take us to the front of the house, which was an issue the first night of arrival, they give you a number you can call which was convenient but they were a bit rude that it “had never happened before” well Apple and Google seemed to have an issue and we can’t find the house so..
the wifi and cell service is very slow, so don’t plan on streaming anything or easily looking up places around while you’re at the home. But a beautiful place to stay and hope to see some wildlife, we did get a visit from a friendly fox on our last day!
Loved there were so many sleeping options. You’re 20 minutes to anything, which can be nice and peaceful if you plan accordingly.
We appreciated the last minute checkin availability.

Great location and great stay

Perfect location, walkable to great bars and restaurants, coffee shop, breakfast, ice cream. The condo is very nice, fully stocked and beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful location and beautiful large cabin! The only suggestion I have is to make sure you have cell service (can be sparse in the mountains) 30 minutes before check-in when the instructions for entering get sent out.

Beautiful front yard. Comfortable beds, nice sheets and pillows! Tv by hot tub was awesome evening entertainment. Well stocked kitchen. Laundry on site was a great added amenity.

Lots of space for our large group

Beyond our expectations. Beautiful scenery, beautiful place. We would do it again in a heartbeat
