The condo has great access to the creek trail. It would be nice if they would replace the carpet with the large stain in it right when you walk in. For how much is being charged, it should be easy to accommodate the repair. The host was responsive and it was easy to find. Overall, would recommend.

It is not always the case to have the description and pictures of an Airbnb match perfectly the description of the place you are renting...this was the exception! We were super happy with the entire place from ground floor to the top!

Great little spot in nice neighborhood. I was walking distance to where our kids live so perfect for us. Loved walking to shops on 32nd street! Morning coffee on back patio! We would come back here !

The house was as described, but cleanliness was disappointing. There were ants in the restroom, stains on the floor, and one bed frame was completely broken upon arrival while another broke due to poor condition. Most beds seemed in need of repair. John initially denied the issue, but Airbnb resolved it after reviewing my time-stamped photos. On the positive side, the pool was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, but parking on the street was limited.

Location was awesome! You could walk to just about anywhere you wanted to go!

We really loved our stay at this condo. It was beautiful and very very clean. The beds were so comfortable and there was abundance of towels. The place supplied everything you needed and more, all the soaps, shampoos, cleaning products, dishes and glassware. The hot tub was so clean and so enjoyable to use every day. We loved that it was just a five minute drive down the road to a supermarket, coffee shops and really great restaurants. We even had a Mountain View, which we enjoyed. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Airbnb! Great views of the lake and mountains from deck. Bedroom was spacious with beautiful views of the Aspen birch trees. Kitchen had everything you'd need. Awesome place.

Olde Town Arvada is so charming and this location won't disappoint! You're within walking distance of breweries, bakeries, ice cream, and shopping. This is a condo, so be aware that you will have neighbors. Enjoy Olde Town as your gateway into the Rockies!

We loved the location - close to downtown and red rocks. The property was very clean and we loved all the balconies. Plenty of space for everyone!

The unit was super clean, building is very secure. Great, walkable location. Host was friendly and response time was great!

This was our first stay in the Zuni Lofts. The apartment was very comfortable, including the bed. We didn’t do much cooking although from the equipment we saw, simple meals could easily be prepared. The washer and dryer were excellent and took regular sized loads. It was a hot week in Denver, but the apartment was always comfortable with A/C, and cool mornings and later evenings allowed for open windows and fresh air. Host was always very responsive when we texted. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood full of excellent restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream places within a 10 minute walk. Walking to downtown was easy, but better on the cooler days of our stay. A previous tenant had stained some furniture which we reported. The Host thanked us for letting them know, and based on their reaction would have been willing to do something, but we said it was unnecessary. It was overall a great stay. We would definitely return!

We loved our stay in Fraser. Beautiful condo, just as pictured & described. John and his team are super responsive and accommodating. No complaints would definitely recommend. We’d love to stay again in the future.

Amazing place!

Our kids loved the place, it was a great location, well decorated, and clean. It helps to know the bus route is limited during the day--at least during the summer and that there weren't any windows we could open at night (upstairs) to let the cool air in. We were a bit warm at night mid July, but we felt comfortable enough leaving the sliding glass door open a bit by the 3rd night. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Great stay in a wonderful location

Was a perfect spot for vacation for my husband and me. The neighborhood has a lot to offer - restaurants, shops, and bars are all walkable, in addition to walkable access to the running/biking trails in Denver. The place was lovely - great space, clean, comfortable, and an amazing view of downtown. We appreciated having a nice balcony with views of the entirety of Denver, and a washer/dryer in-unit. We had a great stay!
