Lovely condo that is very well decorated and comfortable. Everything is modern and new and it was great for a weeklong stay with my pup. The only slight disappointment was the hot tub water was discolored and needed to be serviced. John was very communicative and was able to send someone out the next day, however it needed to be completely drained and reheated so I was only able to enjoy the spa for one day of my stay. I appreciated the responsiveness and getting it handled as quickly as possible.

Great location if you are visiting for a downtown event. The property was very spacious and comfortable. Lovely vintage touches remain throughout the home, yet all the amenities are modern.

We had a great time here. The house has a great, quiet backyard and is walking distance to a lot of the main spots in the Highlands.

This near-perfect place made our family vacation extra special. The apartment/condo is on the 5th floor, offering a nice city view. The place is well organized, looks modern and new, has good amenities with good lighting, and is clean and quiet. It's a nice location for restaurants and other activities downtown. It's a bit pricy, but considering all things, we have no regrets. The host was helpful, super responsive, and communicated well.

Had a great weekend stay, restaurants and store within walking distance, place was very clean and AC worked very well.

Perfect space for multiple couples or friends. Each had a their own clean bedroom and bathroom. The living area was perfect for congregating and visiting. The neighborhood is a quiet place. Great spot for daytime exploring and peaceful evenings.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The swimming pool was awesome definitely one of the highlights of the trip. It was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a quick getaway. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again.

This cozy house was a perfect home base for our family trip to Denver to see friends, see a Rockies game and catch a concert at Red Rocks. So many good restaurants and bars just steps away in this safe area. Parking was always easy. The house had all the amenities we needed- even a new bag of coffee and creamer upon arrival! It was in the high 90s while we were there and the air conditioning kept it cool inside- at night the fans in the room helped too. I highly recommend it for a family with tweens- each room had its own tv so kids could each watch their own shows during a night in. And Little Man Ice Cream is a 5 minute walk away.

House was very clean, perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teens who like to have their own rooms. Well supplied, communication was top notch. We were very happy with it and location was great! Water pressure in en suite bathroom could have been better and the barn-style door for that bathroom wasn’t our favorite as it didn’t always stay closed. Not anything that would keep us from staying here again in a heartbeat!

House was nice. We had a family with infant. If you rent the house you would think it would be all available. Bedroom in basement would have been nice. Been quieter down there. Trash wasn’t taken out from previous people and make the garage really smell. Nice house though.

Perfect location for everything we wanted to do in the city, and convenient access to highways for everything we wanted to do outside the city. Loved the decor, and impeccably clean. We will stay here any yime we go back to Denver!

We rented Villa West to attend a family wedding in Steamboat. There was plenty of room for all of us to stay together with 5 bedrooms . The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glasswear and cooking utensils. We were able to grill outside on the deck for a small family gathering before the wedding with plenty of room for everyone in the spacious living room/ dining room /kitchen open living areas. Close enough to the base mountain area and the downtown area. Thanks for a great location and comfortable stay!
