Great location for hiking and biking around Idaho Springs. Plenty of space and accessories. Very quiet yet short rides to Mount Evans and downtown Idaho Springs.

This was such a great place to stay for the four of us. We will definitely try to stay again. We didn’t have a car and it was super easy to get an uber or walk to places!

Place was great. Our stay was wonderful. Plenty of room for the four of us. Enjoyed how close Main Street is and walking trails. The place had all you needed such as full kitchen, washer & dryer. Plenty of bath towels. Extra fans. Host was very easy to communicate with check in and additional information. Would highly recommend. Note apartment on third floor.

John and Kimberly’s home is STUNNING! The design features are beautiful and loved the modern adobe vibe. Very clean, perfect spot for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring. The location is so convenient to Main Street with lots of incredible dining options. Also such close access to a variety of different hikes. We absolutely love this home and Breckenridge! John and Kimberly were very responsive when we had questions and their recommendations in the area were right on. This is a gem!

My group and I didn’t really know what to expect going into Silverthorne, but it turned out to be such an amazing experience. John and Kimberly‘s place was exactly as described and had such a gorgeous view of the river from the back patio.

The communal hot tub made it really nice to relax after a long day and just look up at the stars. The river in the backyard was also very relaxing and was accessible very easily as well as a walking path a couple feet from the back patio.

They had an apple supply of everything we needed, including towels, cutlery, and all else.
Overall, this stay was amazing in an absolutely beautiful location, surrounded by mountains and really close to major grocery stores and specialty stores as well.

My group of friends came to Denver to celebrate a bachelorette, eat good food, and find some dancing spots. This lively townhouse was the perfect base to explore all that Denver offers. It was clean and beautiful with amazing views from the rooftop patio. We loved our stay and our hosts were perfect!

We came here with a group of friends and our kids. And we had such a great time. Our kids were in the pool more than they were out of it. We had plenty of space for when we needed to sleep or shower. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. John & Kim were very responsive and offered solutions for whenever we had a question, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a fun Airbnb to book .

Beautiful home - honestly was nicer than I even expected based on the photos. Unable to use garage, which was unanticipated but there was plenty of room for parking outside the house. No AC for the summer but lots of fans provided in the house which was appreciated. Close to grocery store. Beautiful views.

Very beautiful condo with large bedrooms and newly renovated bathrooms. Modern kitchen and dining space add a nice touch to the overall experience. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay near downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at Alex’s. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. 10 minutes from downtown. Down the street is Sloan Lake as well as a great patio restaurant and brewery.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sleeping accommodations, the plentiful bathrooms, the perfect outdoor space, and the gorgeous kitchen. We also enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and easy parking! The hosts were so responsive and kind, answering many questions and providing food recs. The space was perfect for our group and we hope to return someday.

John and Kimberly were great hosts and have a wonderful spot for groups. Heavily recommend!
