We have stayed in this condo twice now, both times in the summer. The location is perfect, right in Old Town. Arvada. Lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream stores nearby. The Sunday morning Farmers market is a great perk! Check in and check out are both quite easy. Excellent communication from the owner and manager. We love staying here. We'll stay again soon

We loved staying at Alex’s place. It is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and shops. Everything is walkable. The beds are comfortable and the house is cozy. The morning of check out we were a bit late getting out. The host was gracious and understanding. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to red rock & Golden & Boulder. Easy to get around & not be stuck in city traffic.Communication good with property manager.

Everything's was easy , just make sure parking permit is there for you .Location was great , walk distance everywhere .

only one thing I would notice , is that all closets were full of stuff so you can't hang any your cloth which is not the huge problem in summer but winter ? Any way I think closets needs be empty for guest stuff and not stock with all different things so guest can't use them .

12/10 Stay! ⭐️ Outstanding location. Walk to Target, go for a run, stumble to dining and drinks, great layout, amenities and stay. Great hosts, totally worth booking.
We absolutely loved the house! It was private, the views were gorgeous & it had plenty of space for our group of 6! Great outdoor areas and easy access to hiking trails right from the house! Primary suite was incredible! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located for walking to so many great restaurants. Was also nice to have the private parking space. House was spotless. Manager checked in to make sure we didn’t have any problems.
Our stay at Zuni Lofts was great! We really loved the neighborhood it was in there were a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Definitely recommend!
This was a great stay in Blue River - close to town but felt like we were out in nature more. House has lots of nooks for more guests. We enjoyed the back sitting room by the creek with the windows open.
Would return for next trip back to Breck.
We had a great stay! Hamantkumar's place is extremely clean, roomy, and well-appointed. We found a lot of things to do nearby and were happy with our choice on this rental.
As described, the location is very close to the interstate. We found the traffic noise high on the patio but it was not an issue for us inside.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and very comfortable home. The space was thoughtfully furnished with plenty of closet room, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. John and Kimberly were outstanding hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout my visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from fantastic restaurants and entertainment options. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended

The home was beautiful and there was more than enough space for all of us and very comfortable. It was HOT so the AC was wonderful. Pool was very warm due to the weather but it was still nice and was the highlight of our trip. A few minor issues but didn’t affect the overall trip. The only negative is there is a noise monitor that was sending notices to us that we were being too loud well before “quiet hours” and even when we were all napping, so it was a bit off putting. We continued to receive these notices even when the noise level was average. We spent the rest of our trip a little anxious and trying to be quiet. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we had an amazing time!
Enjoyed our stay at Alex’s place! The home was as presented in the photos and Alex was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Good central location for everything our group wanted to do in Colorado!
Great location and definitely a large condo for 4 people! Lots of codes, but once we got in all was fantastic.
